My fiancé and I stayed at Riverwind Casino on Wednesday night and had such a great experience. The food was fresh, the customer service was amazing, and the staff truly went above and beyond.
There were only two workers running the entire kitchen for a full casino line, and they handled it like pros. Please take a moment to appreciate your hardworking team members, Rylie and Katie (I’m sorry if I got the name wrong!).
They made our visit wonderful.

I was disappointed with my experience. The staff were quite rude, which made the visit uncomfortable. The food was just okay—not enough to make up for the poor service. The atmosphere also felt unhygienic. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to come back.

The cook don’t care about their job. I asked for no tomatoes on my whopper and they had to remake my order three freaking times cause they kept putting tomatoes on my whopper it’s simple dude and I was the only Customer there

The new bk melt was ok, the fries were warm, but the overnight manager, some guy that wanted to go smoke rather than take any orders, explained to me after asking what was good, he said "there's absolutely nothing that tastes good here... So what do ya want?" I ordered and he and his girlfriend went outside to go smoke and the employee inside handed out the food and was way nicer than the manager. If I was getting paid $17/hr, I would appear like I liked my job or go find another one. By far the worst experience in riverwind.
