Mean little dog with a bad hair cut ruins the experience.

Really disappointed. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me even though there were 2 women working and no other customers when I first got there. They both saw me and looked at me many times before speaking. The banana cake bars were soft but no flavor. The red velvet cupcake was the worst cupcake I’ve had. It was dry and the icing wasn’t sweet at all. Red velvet is my favorite so I’ve tried dozens of different kinds but this was terrible. The ooey gooey butter bars were the only thing that was really good. I would go back for those only. $21 and all but the ooey gooey bars were tossed out.

I ordered my gender reveal cake here and was severely disappointed ☹️ when I went to order the cake in person I let them know what I wanted even looked at inspire pictures just a plain white cake with maybe some pink and blue dots or sprinkles for a little flare, when i went to pick up my cake it looked like a 2yr made the cake I was appalled ? I am disappointed in my self for even taking and paying for the cake but I definitely Learned my lesson. The cake even had strawberries inside it which I didn’t ask and wasn’t told it would be. My mom is severely allergic to strawberries so she didn’t get to enjoy this precious moment with the rest of my family :(

Cupcakes are tasteless and priced quite high for low quality and not fresh. A letdown especially because the bakery is very pretty and customer service was excellent.

The Grilled Margherita Panini/Caprese was delicious! I chose the pasta pesto salad as a side and it too, was delicious! My sister had the chicken salad and she really enjoyed it. The only downside of the restaurant is the decor. It's claustrophobic with waaaaay too many fake plants and stuff. Next time I will get the panini to go.

I wanted a special cake for my son’s 21st birthday. I had a photo of a cake made here & decided to try it out. I went to the store 2 weeks in advance. Talked to the young lady working & she wrote down my order. She told me someone would call me on Monday to clarify any questions. The call never came. I called on Thursday & the owner answered. She said she didn’t get the order. We discussed over text. I ended up getting a cake that I didn’t order or want. I wanted buttercream icing 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white with the design I gave her. I got cool whip icing & cake that had Italian cream & strawberries….which I knew my son wouldn’t eat nor his friends. I ended up with a $150 cake with not even 1/4 of it eaten out of a 40 person party. I would like to add I was supposed to pick up at noon on Saturday & she texted me at 9 asking me to pick up later because she was running behind from having a large order. I ended up sending the cake to the senior citizens center so hopefully it would get eaten. I wasn’t offered a discount or refund. She offered for me to bring the cake back to see what she could do with it. There is no fixing that when the party was starting in 45 minutes & the cake itself was filled with Italian cream & strawberries. I was very disappointed as I have been looking for a great bakery for special occasions.

I ate there today for lunch. Cutest atmosphere, friendliest staff and the best turkey sandwich, honestly! I wanted a ribbon cake to take home but I knew I’d eat the whole thing. It’s that darn good. Settled on a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing. Yummy. What a great little place!

Decades ago, Raspberries n' Creme was one of the places Mom took me for a special treat. When I saw that Byrdie's had opened a few blocks from home in Downtown Norman, I was joyful for a few of reasons. In no particular order: 1.) Nostalgia 2.) Norman is historically deficient in quality bakeries and dessert spots 3.) It is SO close to home, a.k.a. the best of Norman neighborhoods 4.) the vibe is delightfully eclectic, as it should be. Byrdie's fits in so well and EVERYONE should come check them out! In addition to amazing sweet stuff, you can grab a scrumptious lunch. I look forward to many more anniversary celebrations. If you haven't been in already, check out Byrdie's ASAP and spread the word!

Very cool and unique spot with so much to look at! The desserts are beautiful and you can tell alot of care was put into them. The lunch was good but a little pricey.

This is a geniours review. I went in once before and had to ask to be waited on. Either the second or third time, which was recently, I asked if I could get 1/2 sandwich because I couldn't eat a whole one. The chef, overheard and said of course, and said, she couldn't eat a whole sandwich, either. Then the young SCARED young person at the register freaked about how to to ring up a 1/2 sandwich, understandable, then the wicked witch owner/manager said no 1/2 snswihes. Headed to Midway. JF
