I've never reviewed a gas station before, but I felt compelled. I was buying a charger and noticed it was VERY expensive. The gentleman behind the counter, Edward, without me asking, pointed out some cheaper ones I didn't notice, saved me some money. GREAT service

Today, I happened to stop by Casey’s and noticed a sign advertising free samples of pizza and deli sandwich sliders. I was interested in trying the pizza, but only the sandwich sliders were available. When I asked if I could have a sample of the pizza, I was told no. However, the sign clearly stated free sample! If pizza samples are not available, the sign should be removed or updated to reflect specific times when samples are offered. For example, it could say: Free pizza samples from 12 to 1:15 PM.
It’s misleading to have a sign inviting customers in for a free sample, only to deny them what’s advertised. That’s simply not right.
Now, about the deli sandwich slider—I have to say it was one of the hardest sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. The bread, meat, and cheese were so hard they might as well have been rocks! That kind of product should not be offered as a free sample. It belongs in the trash, not in customers’ hands.
The donuts were another issue. They were dried out and stale—clearly not fresh. Were they sitting on the shelf since yesterday? If that’s the case, they should have been pulled.
Honestly, it makes me wonder who is managing that store. I could keep going, but I’ll stop here.

So I normally love Casey's pizza. But I ordered it this morning and it was supposed to have pepperoni and extra cheese. It did have extra cheese but no pepperoni. I was sad cuz I don't like just cheese pizza. It was still good though.

I went in this evening at around 5pm (Sept. 19 Thursday) to get gas in my friends truck and a few slices of yummy pizza. The pizza was great as always, but the lady at the register...not so much. She was on her cell when we walked in, and continued to talk on it even when we were paying. She barely acknowledged us, her conversation about someone owing her money was WAY more important than taking care of guests and doing her job. This particular employee maybe needs a lesson in customer service. Other than that problem, everything was great. I absolutely love Casey's pizza!

The gas pumps r being redone so you can't get gas temporarily. It would have been helpful if ida remembered that it was like this before I was about to run out a gas so I figured I'd help someone else out and save them a wasted gas run to this location at the moment.

Changing table in the Men's room!! My kids aren't young enough to need it anymore but it was nearly impossible to find changing tables in men's rooms when we drove cross-country, so huge props! The store recently expanded and had a huge remodel and it is really well done. Gas prices are always reasonable here-- gets busy when school lets out for lunch and at the end of the day, but kids are only let in a certain number at a time so it isn't overrun. Seems pretty well managed!
This was a 5 Star experience, great customer service, friendly nice, clean bathrooms, stocked, floors and hot food clean and fresh. Pumps work great and accept cards and give receipts. Keep up the great work y'all! Thank you! Y'all rock!

I go here every day since it's the nearest gas station in walking distance that I can also get a fountain drink at.
They're always nice to me, efficient, and the store is always extremely clean. The few times I've used the restroom here it was also very clean and nothing was out of order.
