The croissants were old and so stiff. They had to remake my babies food twice and still was not good. The grilled cheese as seen below was once not even cooked but had stale bread than the second time it was brought out was burnt and rock solid. I ordered a steak medium and of course it came out over cooked. The only reason why I’m giving this establishment a 2 star is because at least my mom liked her food and our waitress was nice

Waited to be seated and then received no service from a waiter or waitress. Wound up leaving, ruined my Sunday. Would not recommend this location to anyone, terrible service.

The food was incredible and fast. However, our waitress (March 1st, 2025 around 2-4pm) was absolutely terrible. She was rude to my family and was constantly butting in when we were talking about what we were going to eat. On top of that, not even a full minute passed after we got our food before she asked if we wanted to-go boxes. We declined as we had barely taken our first bites, and when she came around, she brought us the check. As much as I appreciate the constant checking up, she didn’t even give us a moment to begin eating. On top of that, she just seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was just rude to most of my family. Everyone has their days, but as a previous server, customer satisfaction should take priority or you should take the day off. I don’t know her name but she was in jeans and had long hair (Norman, OK).

CPKS, LLP Uncensored Family Medicine

This is normally our 'go to' spot. Nick (bartender) knows what order to put in when he sees us. Last night the bar area missed Nick terribly. He was working a different section and the bar area suffered horribly for it. The man on duty did not have the ability to handle the amount of customers in his area. He wasn't completely bad, he just didn't handle multitasking that many people at one time. We will call and see who is on duty before making the decision to eat there again. If the guy that was on duty last night is the person handeling the bar....... we'll go where we're treated like customers instead of a burden. Very disappointed in our experience this time. We didn't even finish ordering our usual. My husband ordered the fried chicken and the gravey was poored over the green beans. Overall food presentation was very disappointing this time. Also, someone should tell the bartender on duty last night that you should remove customers straws before refilling with the spicket and don't touch the top of the glass to the handle. We left the bar a lot earlier than planned. We did alert the manager. He was supposed to make it over to us. I'm sure we just left before he had time to come and talk with us. We have ALWAYS had a positive experience prior to this experience.

The starter rolls were hard, and we weren't provided with silverware. After about eight minutes, we were finally greeted at our table, but our drinks (waters) didn’t arrive until we received our food. I ordered a carrot cake to go, but it was served as dine-in. Our food took a long time to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy, and there were no drink refills. When the food did come, it was cold. I asked to speak with a manager, who offered to remake the food if we wanted. My daughter wanted hers, so we agreed, but after waiting so long, we ultimately decided to leave. There was no adjustment to our bill. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience.

I ate at 6pm Saturday night. Not much room at all up front for people waiting on seats. I went to the bar .Only one guy working the bar for an entire restaurant full. He worked hard and gave me pretty good service, considering how much they expect him to do by himself. Now, I had been craving chicken fried steak with white gravy forever. That's why I went there for.Very disappointing.Tasted plain.Maybe I needed salt or something, I don't know.crust just fell off the steak. I ate it, though, because I was hungry.Had broccoli casserole with it, and that was pretty good.

Super slow service, had a trainee doing the waiting but refused to write down our order, and it showed when they brought it out. No one there, but still waited 15 min to be seated. An obvious lack of staff.

Dirty !! Front doors not clean (should have turned around then), barstools filthy, floor slick (from not cleaned properly)and the booth seats had large cracks in them (Not comfortable to sit on) Food and service ok except they only had one cup for my coffee and bailey's and had to reuse it ! They for sure need new management or better housekeeping.
Will not go back there !!

If there was a zero, that would be the star I pick. I typically don't do bad reviews bc I also work in retail. But this experience was mind-blowing. The waiter literally got everything wrong. We got my salad (which we ordered 2 salads) before the appetizer. Thats not too bad but when we got the appetizer it looked like it had been sitting there for a while. When we got our meals, they were wrong! One was supposed to have chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn. We got carrots instead of the corn. What made it worse was the manager, tried to talk my bf into accepting the carrots. He kept saying "Oh it's good, it's good, you'll like it." Its not what we ordered. My dish was supposed to have 2 sides and it only came with 1. We said something of course. Their response was "it was a kitchen mishap" and "what do you want me to do?" We looked at the order on the tablet at the table, the order was all wrong. How are going to blame your kitchen staff for not taking the right order? It would have been different and I probably wouldnt write this review if they just owned that they made a mistake and fixed it. We are all human, we make mistakes, and even have bad days. But they put blame elsewhere instead, that bothered me the most! That's not how a manager handles issues or fix an experience. This was my first time at Cheddar's.... I'll never go back!!

Went to this location for lunch it was great... two day for dinner... twice the price and not good at all. Food was way over cooked.... broccoli was raw. Service was sporadic at best and late. Not a good night. Fix you parking lot lights. Won't be back

POSITIVEVIBES 4LIFE

My family and I went out for a special event here @ Cheddars in Norman. We came in happy, but left upset unfortunately.

We had a server Abby and let’s just say she was not happy to be taking care of us. She was very rude and I heard her yelling in the back and complaining that day when we needed attending to.

Let’s just say we won’t be going back with servers like this one. Especially with the attitude we got from Abby. The long wait, and toxic environment. And the food was just okay…

The service was very bad and the waiter only showed interest at the end of the meal and then apparently was watching for a tip then made a huge scene because he didn't like the tip and acted like he wanted to fight me and kept yelling at me as I was trying to leave so I will never step foot in chedders again
