We had a really long wait for our order, but the staff was so nice during our wait and even offered us free meal cards for the inconvenience! Always the best customer service and if they make a mistake, they make it right!

Peak hour 220pm one lovely trainee handling it all by herself while shift managers walked by several times without jumping in to assist with the large line. It was as if we were invisible. I was a manager of a place like this and we hustled when we had a crowd to make sure service was the best. This store I would only rate management at a 1 because they all ( 3) ignored us. 20 minutes I waited to get a cold beverage. Very disappointing. But the trainee a 5 star for her gracious effort with no help.

It’s no wonder Dan Kathy just became the wealthiest man in GA! Chick-fil-A’s ability to find employees like Casen at this store is what makes this franchise such a success. He brought my order to an outside table and served me without there being a scannable QR code. The food was good but it’s the spirit of service at Chickfila that makes it such a special place. Hats off to you Casen! Thx!
