Placed a large delivery order for work, not one sauce. Nothing. No salsa, no ketchup, no sauces, no napkins, no utensils. This makes 3 times in a row that this has happened. We will be getting our breakfast and lunches elsewhere. Ridiculous.

What happened to this place? Horribly slow service now. Food is always mediocre now. Huge downgrade in service and quality with the building remodel. Drive thru line wrapped around the building yet there's only 1 lane to go through. So I go inside and there's only 1 person on the register during lunch rush. Took 15 minutes for the guy to get through 3 orders.

I arrived at the location at 10:10 and I didn’t get to the order box till 10:21 , then I waited 1 minutes before I said hellos and was told “hang on I’m coming out there” then waited almost two minutes before he came outside, when I asked why it took so long I was told “ there was a big order” naw it’s 10:36 and I’m still waiting in line after they pulled me forward. Currently I am still waiting for my food 💀

We waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru line and it was not even a long one. Good was not hot either. This has been this way since they reopened. I won’t return I’d rather go across the freeway to the one in the mall.

Passing through town and ordered from app for drive thru pick up. Ordered GF bun. It was cold and still partially frozen. We didn’t stop to eat it but had already been in the road when I noticed it. So it was too late and had to throw it away. If I have to pay more to get a GF bun (not a preference to eat GF but a necessity) can I be sure that my food is ready to eat. Got a credit for another meal from this location but I don’t live in this city. Does me no good. Waste of money.

Sad to say last time i go to chick fil a. The new recipe of frys stink. My air fryer can make em better from walmart waffle frys.. and crispier..

Man never thought I'd be worried about running out of gas in a chick fil a line before but it's 730pm and I've been here for 45 Mins trapped in line. No straws. No sauce. No my pleasure. Are they being held up at gunpoint

This is a faily decent location. The inside is faily clean. The cashier seemed to enjoy his job maybe he was the a manager pretty well spoken, enthusiastic. He took our order and we received the correct order when came out. Lobby was kept up decent. I chose this location because of convenience to hotel we are staying at. We usually get the tenders with chic fil sauce and a chicken sandwich. We also enjoy the chicken noodle soup so good.
