Usually I love going to chic fil a. I do prefer the one in Moore as this one here has made me sick, but out of convenience, I will find myself coming here every now and again. The person who handled me today did not seem on brand for the image they try to make. She wasn't friendly, she didn't listen as my drink order was wrong, and just seemed to be very moody. I didn't catch her name, but she looked a bit like a boy as she had short brown hair. Not one of chic fil a's best days

Not sure whats going on with Chick-fil-A but every single time I order a sandwich, it never comes out the way I order it even though the subtraction is printed out. When you order something without pickles DO NOT OUT PICKLES ON IT.

Went to grab a quick bite to eat. After I ordered I realized that my order was incorrect and I got regular nuggets instead of grilled and I got the chicken cool wrap instead of the southwest wrap. But everything still tasted delicious. I did feel rushed when I ordered…but they did help me when it came to pick a refreshing drink

#1 Worst Chick-Fil-A in Oklahoma! This is the last time I'll be visiting this location. It takes forever to order inside, the drive thru has slower times than McDonald's and the inside is dirty since they don’t wipe down the tables, sweep the floors, or clean the restrooms.
The food and service are always top notch, but the atmosphere seems to change at the drop of a hat and it's just like they're trying too hard to be hip.
