This store is ok but last few times they forgot my chicken sandwich and I live out of the way it’s hard to go back and ask for a new one. Use to be way better in my opinion use to never miss an item now they are backtracking someone needs to talk to leadership and make sure everyone isn’t missing anything

Placed an order for delivery today. I received a call from the manager who looked at the deliveries placed for the day and noticed mine was late. I had no idea it was late because work was pretty busy that day. I appreciate the effort and the standard chick-fil-a has a business. I appreciate that the manager called me to apologize, and also complimented me with free delivery fee.

Went to grab a quick bite to eat. After I ordered I realized that my order was incorrect and I got regular nuggets instead of grilled and I got the chicken cool wrap instead of the southwest wrap. But everything still tasted delicious. I did feel rushed when I ordered…but they did help me when it came to pick a refreshing drink
