As a regular at this location I can say that Wesley Winfield hasn’t missed an “My pleasure” since the day he came out of the womb. Great stuff only legends are made of.

Delivery drivers… if you forget a drink, please just leave the food instead of taking my hot food back with you. Ordered delivery and the app showed that my order had arrived. When we went outside, it wasn’t there. I even checked a few houses down before I called the driver (who I had texted before so he had my number). The driver said he forgot the drink so he went back to get it. I get it mistakes happen, things get left but PLEASE just leave the food. Or least ask if I want the food before you go back and get the drink. No message or anything to let me know. I thought he stole my food. Waited an extra 20 mins for my food, fries were soggy and cold. I usually have a great experience so I don’t want to leave a bad review. Just communicate with your customers please!

2nd time coming through today and having an issue with my order. First my breakfast this morning tonight is no dressing with my salad. can’t place any feedback within the app. Bummer! Probably won’t come back to this location for a few months til they get things figured out.

I ordered lunch for a mobile pickup but I wasn’t sure which drive thru lane to go to (some are labeled just for mobile pick up). When I pulled up, the team member asked for my name. I told her it was for a mobile order because I wasn’t sure. She rudely replied “what’s your name?” and scoffed when I apologized for misunderstanding. I felt embarrassed and rushed. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience with Chick Fil A, so I was shocked. I understand the lunch rush can be overwhelming, but there was no need to intentionally make me feel dumb for asking.

Had my tax exempt veterans card. Got my order supposedly rang up three times....waited 25 mins for food. Nobody checked on me the mousey girls wouldn't as im pulled off to the side. Finally i just start walking back to drivw thru window embarrassing as that is as all i ordered was a single salad...yeah right?! Finally i said give me my money back respectfully. They tried to offer me the food but who wants thar rush job they slapped up after all that time?! I said give me my money and went somewhere better. If the goal was to get me back off chickfila this time for live well congrats. Yall nailed it.

Genuinely 1/30 6:52 - 7:25 has to be the worst I’ve ever seen any restaurant perform in a decade. Pretty much every employee isn’t doing their job and they are either daydreaming or passing the time. Just to get 12 nuggets, Mac and cheese, and two drinks, it took over 27 minutes and 16 seconds. Honestly, I could batter chicken, fry it, and make kraft Mac and cheese at the same time then grab two cans of soda in less than that amount of time. However, it was a DoorDash so rather, I was forced to wait on 27 minute Mac and cheese which was said to be the hold up. If we are being honest, by the way the employee looked at me after 25 minutes realizing she had forgotten that the Mac and cheese had been finished at this point for probably a minimum of 15 minutes tells me all I need to know about the hiring choices this location propagates.
