This is without a doubt the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Every single time I place an order something is missing. The wait for a curbside order is about 2 to 3 times longer than going through the drive-thru. Getting things corrected takes forever as they don't really seem to care.

This location is hit and miss. The fries had to of been refried(gross, no one wants that) and they were quite chewy not in a good way. I didn't get a straw with my drink which is fine. Not a deal breaker but this location is not the best. I'll just go to main St location and not pay the high prices of ordering delivery. Spent $20 for crappy fries, subpar Dr pepper and no straw. I've worked in food before(10+ years) and this is just lazy. And all I get is a reward to redeem for new fries and drink in the future? I'm frustrated since I order or go to chick fil a more than I care to admit.. and this was just bad.

Ordered a wrap got nuggets went in store. Got nuggets again told the girl helping me I want #8 would like tenders told her I would eat what they gave me home call store and talked to a manager which before I was done talking she hung up on me they most likely won't read this
Can yall please stop putting the sauces in the fry box

In a nutshell, when the online system failed there was nothing the MOD Jacob could do but offer me a credit on their "Rewards" program om my Next delivery. I never had THIS delivery OR lunch. He was unfazed by my disappointment and told me to have a nice weekend. We ALL know that is a facetious insult made by someone feigning intelligence in this situation. They won't miss my $$ because they will continue to crank out the daily lunch business, but if they don't care at this level, what else is he willing to submit as acceptable in the company's service values??? And Jacob forgot to say, "It was my pleasure".
