This chick fil-a has gone downhill as of late. You will sit and wait for someone to hand you your order while it’s sitting right there with a dozen clueless employees doing who knows what.you literally have to become super assertive and insist one of the yahoo’s hands you your food. It’s like upside down world of chick fil-a’s.

I live down the street from this specific Chick-fil-A and every time we go the line is outrageous. They usually try to get us through pretty quickly but the food quality has gone down. I went today ordered a chicken bacon club with Colby Jack cheese they put pepper jack instead and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my son with Colby Jack on it and his sandwich was cold and both of our fries were cold and they never put any napkins in the bag but the service is also not been great either lately. Just highly disappointed in the quality of everything there ?
