Chicken Express really put on a performance today. My order was ready, literally sitting there, but apparently the girl with glasses thought I needed to wait and watch it get cold first. She moved slower than dial-up internet, like handing out food was rocket science. At this point, I half-expected her to knit me a sweater before giving me my box of chicken. If multitasking means standing still and looking confused, then wow—she’s an expert. Do better.

this is the best chicken express in all of okc area. The chicken is perfectly cooked, okra crispy, gravy just right. The cooks know what they’re doing back there. Plus the staff is friendly. 10/10 experience

We waited for almost 40 minutes in the drive through for our food. There was only 2 cats ahead of us who had waited there just as long, if not longer. By the time we got our food, it was not hot. There was no apology for the long wait. The food was alright but again, nearly cold. It almost seemed like they cooked each ma one at a time, but apparently not as our food again, wasn't fresh. Idk what was going on in this restaurant but the employees seemed strung out as well. Never had a bad chicken express experience in all my life. I will not be going back to this establishment

I have been here twice and both times had exceptional customer service! I never want to eat anywhere else because they spoil you by being so kind here!

I went here a while back and spent $60 on a 20 piece tenders and 2 family sides. They gave me the sides and rolls, but they gave me no tenders I did a complaint and they never even gave me a call back then

Had to take down my old review. They used to have a two piece special which was very affordable. Then it doubled last year. Still not bad. But 50% increase this past summer was just too much. Pieces got smaller and sometimes old. Staff is always pleasant. Not their fault.

This location is very hit or miss with the food. We used to go here often until we got tired of rolling the dice with our meal. Without fail they get our order at least a little wrong. However, the main issue is the quality of the food. Too many times we are served old fries and chicken that have lost their crunch. Half the time we go here we get great food, the other half the food we are disappointed. If they could improve their quality control we would eat here every week.
