This location is very hit or miss with the food. We used to go here often until we got tired of rolling the dice with our meal. Without fail they get our order at least a little wrong. However, the main issue is the quality of the food. Too many times we are served old fries and chicken that have lost their crunch. Half the time we go here we get great food, the other half the food we are disappointed. If they could improve their quality control we would eat here every week.

Got a catfish mean the outside of the catfish tasted burned and I couldn’t even eat all three of the catfish I’m not too happy. This place always use to be awesome on catfish being fried great now I won’t even give them a 5 start. Didn’t even offer to remake the catfish had to throw it away 😡 talk about a waist of money $17 and food

Rude Staff Food Was Not Up To Par The Staff Got An Attitude When I Questioned My Order They Said They Don't Have An Order For Me Now This Was After I Sat In The Drive Thru For 20 Mins Before Going Inside There Was Only 2 Cars In The Drive Thru And The Staff Took Forever To Get Those Orders Then Those 2 Cars Sat At The Window For Just As Long Very Very Poor Service

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes after paying for my order thru the drive thru. Had to go into the store to get my order. Got home and it wasn't even correct.
Whole experience was terrible, employee was rude and they made my order wrong and refused to fix it.

My wife came in today to pick up my lunch. The man at the drive thru not only was rude to her but also completely messed up my order and pushed it out anyways. The name on my receipt is Orlando. This was supposed to be a spicy 4 piece with a roll and a sweet tea.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with no communication from workers to end up with my order wrong. The worker who got it wrong then proceeded to stare me down and laugh like he thought it was funny. One worker coming on shift fixed the sides for me while the other laughed. Then I got home and opened my chicken to find out laughing boy gave me all chicken wings for my 8 piece meal. I'm a regular that won't be back.
