It's unbelievable that Chili's no longer serves chili! Back in 1980, I ordered their famous Chili's Trip burger, which had chili on it, at their Houston restaurant. Even after it was taken off the menu, I could still order it for years because the staff knew about it. For the past decade, however, I've had to order an Old Timer's Burger and a side of chili (cup of red) to make my own Chili's Trip. Now, I can't even do that because chili isn't on the menu at all. It's outrageous! They used to have many pictures of Czhilispiel hanging on their walls, but those days are clearly gone. FYI The hamburger buns are made out of probably potato bread or something, it tastes a little bit funny. It looks a little bit yellow and it's not fresh. Or it doesn't taste fresh.
Our food was given to a Door Dasher by mistake and they took it out of the building. The staff then gave us the food. I don’t think this was appropriate. I am disappointed with this experience.

TO MANAGEMENT: Triple Dipper to-go orders featuring the honey chicken crispers SHOULD BE PACKAGED SEPARATELY FROM OTHER ITEMS IN THE TRIPLE DIPPER. The chicken is incredibly saucy and absolutely ruins all of the other food! I've had soggy sliders and soggy mozzarella sticks from this. It's happened multiple times and every time it feels like someone in the kitchen is flipping me off.

Drinks were flat ,dr pepper. Tea tasted like it was made from dish water. Nachos were burnt. I couldn't even look at waiter . My last time here. I don't have to eat there .
