Every time I order a to go bowl they fill it half way with everything. Half a scoop of protein, asked for extra veggies and didn’t even get a full scoop. Fresca machines always broken and tables always dirty. Staff lazy and no help.

I came here multiple times, my experience with chipotle was all good until I came to this branch. You literally have to ask to add more food of every thing because they put little! Like at least train the people who work here to put a good enough amount of food that actually meets the price. Also, the taste of Barbecoa meet is not the best as usual. I guess it is a good bye for this branch until they fix these things.

Yall had a power outage at 6:30 on August 11th and the guy doing the mobile orders basically told all of us he can’t help us and won’t make the orders even with the app receipt in hand and showing bank transactions. At least be a little nicer to college students spending their money here. Black hair, black scruffy beard is a jack.

I had an online pickup order, and when I arrived, there was only one girl helping customers. I assumed I’d be waiting a while since she was the only one there (only one working effectively). I eat Chipotle a lot and over the course of 20+ years I’ve never had my burrito bowl made so quickly and correctly! She was fast and efficient. You better treat her right. I ordered my food at 8:30ish on 06.25

Food was not great at the 1641 24th Ave NE location in Norman on! They let us sit there looking at the menu waiting to order when the whole time you have to order online due to construction or whatever food was gross staff was rude didn’t know how use gift card then they placed our food on the delivery rack and didn’t say it was ready don’t waste your time Qdoba is way better anyways
