I was enjoying the Spinach artichoke dip Plus house salad with The seasoned salmon and cheesy broccoli UNTIL about 15 minutes later after we left I started feeling bad... FYI- FOOD POISONING( both ends)... For 2days!!!!!!! Stayed at the hotel. I truck drive for a living and never got this sick..... My husband was in bathroom as well but not as bad as I was.. He ate The Talapia fish.... We tipped the waitress generously who was very efficient for us and was liking the taste of our food.. Just don't think I be eating at any of the casinos restaurants again.. FYI CHECK THE SALMON AND OTHER FISH FOR DONENESS B4 SERVING TALK TO YOUR CHEF ON BETTER PREPARATION OF ALL FOOD....... (This was on Wednesday 12-10-25....)

I usually get a single or double burger and fries here. Most times there is a short line or none at all. I could eat here every day. The burgers and fries are cooked just right and the flavors are perfect. The fries are hand cut and for me salted just perfect. The tast of the fries beats all the fast food chains. All the employees I've delt with have been very customer service oriented and pleasant. Sorry, no pic this time, phone was dead.

This was my friend and I's favorite restaurant but it has become the worst restaurant in all of Oklahoma City. We came to this restaurant to have fun and order dinner but my friend found some hair inside his food. When he found the hair we were disgusted to eat our food and when this happened we asked for the manager to tell him what happened ,that we found some hair inside our food, What do you think he told us? First He was very rude person with us, he didn't apologize to us and didn't say anything to us or make us to fell better He said I can't do anything about it , he said Do you want me to bring you a new food? Of course we told him we don't want to eat here at all, and we not coming back . When you eat in this restaurant, be careful to not find hair in your food. It is a disgusting restaurant and very bad customer service by the manager whose name I think is Delton. This restaurant does not deserve a even one star. It deserves zero.

My attempt at duplicating your amazing salmon salad! Sierra is the best food server ever! We enjoyed our stay at Riverwind and the highlight was dining at chips and ales twice!!
Terrible food and service. Everything was soaked in grease, couldn't even eat the French fries. Won't be returning.

As someone who does not eat seafood and will not eat at a seafood restaurant because I swear everything taste like fish, this place is so good. there chicken fried chicken is beyond delicious, and there salads as well . This place is always clean, there is rarely ever a wait and the staff is always friendly. I CAN NEVER GET TO DESSERT, But it's always taken to go and there's never a dissapount.

We went there about 9pm, after a very long day, and we had worked up quite an appetite. I was grumbling to my husband about wanting to go somewhere else because I was hungry and was worried it would take forever to get our meal. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to seat us and get our order taken right away. The food was good, but not necessarily top notch. I think a lot of it is prepared ahead of time for the impatiently starving like myself. I would way it's 3.5/5 stars for quality of food. The longest part of the visit was when the technology crashed, and we had to wait to pay. I was okay with this, since I was fed, so I don't think that should count against the restaurant.

While waiting for an event, chips n ales offered a great opportunity to enjoy some amazing food. The staff are very pleasant and Sierra is an awesome server. Had a great time and look forward to the chicken pot pie. Thank you, be safe
