They made my food and just let it set with other orders. All of it sucked. My cheesecake had the topping container in it and was just trash, you don’t pack hot and cold things together.

I know it’s just casino food. Comparable to hotel and hospital food. I do personally like the buffet there but chip n ale doesn’t do it for me. I won $40 for dinner there and we did not like any of it. Everything was weirdly off or bland. The spinach dip is mixed with queso? Odd. The fried food was HEAVY on the breading. Wouldn’t eat here again unless we had credit for it.

First time eating here and we both had the fish and chips. Service was excellent! Thank you Tatiana !! Fish was obviously frozen which was fine if it was fried longer, looked golden but not crispy at all, we peeled off the coating because it held the water and was mushy. Dessert was good and I’m sure the rest of the menu is delicious. We had higher hopes from the name “ chips and ale, fish and more”

They changed the fish, now it tastes like Great Value fish sticks, it wasn't good at all, I was tricked. I will never eat there again.. to be fair the shrimp was good but very small..

I was enjoying the Spinach artichoke dip Plus house salad with The seasoned salmon and cheesy broccoli UNTIL about 15 minutes later after we left I started feeling bad... FYI- FOOD POISONING( both ends)... For 2days!!!!!!! Stayed at the hotel. I truck drive for a living and never got this sick..... My husband was in bathroom as well but not as bad as I was.. He ate The Talapia fish.... We tipped the waitress generously who was very efficient for us and was liking the taste of our food.. Just don't think I be eating at any of the casinos restaurants again.. FYI CHECK THE SALMON AND OTHER FISH FOR DONENESS B4 SERVING TALK TO YOUR CHEF ON BETTER PREPARATION OF ALL FOOD....... (This was on Wednesday 12-10-25....)

I usually get a single or double burger and fries here. Most times there is a short line or none at all. I could eat here every day. The burgers and fries are cooked just right and the flavors are perfect. The fries are hand cut and for me salted just perfect. The tast of the fries beats all the fast food chains. All the employees I've delt with have been very customer service oriented and pleasant. Sorry, no pic this time, phone was dead.
I ordered Fish and Chips it was the absolute worst fish I ever had. I am usually pleased with everything I have ever ordered but that fish was horrible. $36 down the drain 😞

This was my friend and I's favorite restaurant but it has become the worst restaurant in all of Oklahoma City. We came to this restaurant to have fun and order dinner but my friend found some hair inside his food. When he found the hair we were disgusted to eat our food and when this happened we asked for the manager to tell him what happened ,that we found some hair inside our food, What do you think he told us? First He was very rude person with us, he didn't apologize to us and didn't say anything to us or make us to fell better He said I can't do anything about it , he said Do you want me to bring you a new food? Of course we told him we don't want to eat here at all, and we not coming back . When you eat in this restaurant, be careful to not find hair in your food. It is a disgusting restaurant and very bad customer service by the manager whose name I think is Delton. This restaurant does not deserve a even one star. It deserves zero.
