The food is old and expired and not fresh or cooked to order at all. The management is unprofessional and some managers have unprofessional relationships with employees. Bartender who’s been up there for years is rude and entitled . Main GM uses curse words at staff . Unprofessional aswell. Atmosphere is terrible smells like cigarettes and the workers being on hard drugs

Staying at the casino for 2 nights and decided to do a room service order at 12:30am cause I seen this place was open till 1am for room service. Call at 12:15am and MANAGER DALTON answers the call. HE DIDNT KNOW THE PRICES OF ANY FOODS ON THE MENU, TOLD ME IF I NEEDED THE PRICES, TO GO LOOK ONLINE MYSELF. VERY RUDE so I hung up the phone. Very disrespectful and WE will never eat here again staying at the casino..

Food had great taste. I had higher expectations of the shrimp havarti though. The presentation makes you believe it’s a full bowl of good cheesy shrimp but it’s really 6 holes for the shrimp to lay in melted butter and then a thin layer of cheese is melted on top. The massive pretzel and queso was damn good. The service was good, however we did have to wait for a refill on drinks for a bit. I’d go back but not order the shrimp havarti.

My friend Carl and I recently went there today the greeter was extremely rude waited till the very last minute of 11:00 to let us in and then the waitress got upset because I had a coupon not a comp and then I was wanting to utilize the savings of the $20 and anyway I could and asked her if I could just get desserts to go and she goes don't worry about it I'll pay for it this was embarrassing I will never come back and I will tell my friends about my horrible experience here I'm posted at this casino elite and I would rather go eat at Burger King now!

We love this place! They have a new cook at night. He's wonderful. He works in the evening. Also, Keii is the best server ever! Ask for her too! You won't regret it

One star is being too generous, multiple times they've messed up on the food. I talked to one of the supervisors and he acted like he couldn't watch a 14 second video of me pulling out a hair from their salad. I'm currently coming off a virus after eating just a few bites from their food. Just about all their staff is unprofessional and the cooks have no business cooking. NEVER eating here again.
