The quality of their meats is extremely poor (especially the hamburgers). To top that off they don't put even the slightest pinch of salt on the burgers. But, they will load up the salmon and talapia with 27 pounds of salt. French fries are a soggy mess, more often than not fried in old, rancid oil. The Philly cheesesteak is bland and (again) poor quality meat. I will never again pay for a meal here, it's not even really worth the effort to eat here with a coupon. The food is hit and miss. The service is hit and miss. Drinks are pricy for the quality.

I recently visited Chip N' Ales for the first time.We were there at around 5pm on a Wednesday evening and our party of 3 was seated immediately.Our server was very attentive and friendly.All three of us had the cod platter with chips (fries) and coleslaw. The meal was delicious and we got some chocolate cake to take home for later....it was divine ?All in all a great experience, great food, friendly atmosphere and top notch service.

We went to eat before a concert and was absolutely amazed! The service was impeccable, atmosphere was fun and food was outrageously delicious! And the Fried Green Tomatoes were just like my granny used to make. Best I've had anywhere since my granny passed in 1968! A definite MUST try.
