The staff at this location is amazing. We had adults take food from our table and they 100% understood why we didn't want to eat what was left considering we didn't know 100% what they touched since we were that caught off guard that they would do something so brazen. They handled it all so well and made my kids pizzas to go since they hadn't eaten yet. This location is much better compared to others we've been at. It'll definitely be a go to when we are in town... except we may have to hire a private pizza bouncer to ensure adults don't do gross things.

Only 4 stars because a team member was pretty rude about a kid going into the jump zone area without the proper pass. We didn't know that was a separate thing you had to pay for. If they don't want kids running in there, then they should have it blocked off or a team member there. There was no need to be rude for a complete misunderstanding.

I hadn't been in a Chucky cheese since my kids were little. I was pleasantly surprised. They were a little stingy on the tickets and a little pricey, but the pizza was actually amazing. I would order one to take home for dinner, it was so good. Great atmosphere, very clean. My grandson had a great time as well.
