We had my youngest son’s birthday here. Everything is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. His birthday was a success and they don’t want to leave. Definitely recommend this location for a party.

Only 4 stars because a team member was pretty rude about a kid going into the jump zone area without the proper pass. We didn't know that was a separate thing you had to pay for. If they don't want kids running in there, then they should have it blocked off or a team member there. There was no need to be rude for a complete misunderstanding.
I received a coupon in Text and went to collect a bag of cotton candy. Shoe said it expired yesterday! Really?? You can't still offer 1 bag of cotton candy! Cheap A...I'll never take my grandauther back.

I hadn't been in a Chucky cheese since my kids were little. I was pleasantly surprised. They were a little stingy on the tickets and a little pricey, but the pizza was actually amazing. I would order one to take home for dinner, it was so good. Great atmosphere, very clean. My grandson had a great time as well.
