DO NOT DOORDASH! The level of stupidity and incompetence is astounding. Ordered 2bean burritos with red sauce both had green. Ordered chicken rollers and a cheese quesadilla. I didnt even get the rollers no idea what they gave me. And the quesadilla had a sprinkle of cheese on it and was more a tortilla than a quesadilla. A requiremnet for employment should be more than a pulse.

I had gone through the drive-thru for my favorite, Carne Asada Queso burrito, and unfortunately the order was fulfilled incorrectly with chicken. I did not notice it until I had left which wasn’t a huge deal (the food was good either way) but the price difference was an issue for me. After requesting a partial refund, Jesus from this location contacted me personally and gave me excellent customer service.
Food is good. Make sure you double check your order before driving away.

For this being my first time here, I will never come here again. I ordered one bean and beef burrito that cost me almost $5 which is fine. However, when I arrived to the drive thru my order wasn’t even in the process of being made. They threw my burrito together within thirty seconds, the quality and taste being far from appealing. I had mostly beef, barely any beans or cheese, and a partially stale tortilla that wasn’t even fully rolled into a burrito. I could only take four bites before throwing it away

The customer service used to be soooo bad but I wanted to give a shout-out because the last three times I’ve been through the drive through it has been great. Super fast and order is correct.
I went back to give them another chance. I ordered a crispy chicken taco 1.89 item got a grilled chicken taco instead . Took it back didn’t take a bite or anything let them know. I ordered a crispy chicken taco. They told me I ordered a chicken taco. Didn’t offer to fix it! replace it! they told me that’s what I ordered! I through it in the trash!! won’t go back if you can’t fix $1.89 item why order food an get poor customers service that doesn’t care to fix a 1.89 item

Better food here than that other place with taco in its name. Service at this restaurant could be better. We were handed a drink cup at the counter when we placed our order. No ice in the self-serve dispenser so we took our cup back to the counter and asked for ice. That’s when the person who gave us the cup to begin with says “that dispenser is out of order”. The manager is standing within sight and earshot of this conversation and says nothing. Also noticed some obvious deferred maintenance with the restaurant interior. Once again, the kind of thing that management should take care of right away.

I keep trying Del Taco because it looks good, and I want to like it, but I usually end up disappointed.I typically like the fish tacos, but this visit, the fish was overcooked, and some of the batter burned to a crisp. One didn't have the sauce or a lime.I tried an epic torta with fries. The fries were cold and hard, and the torta was full of beans. I have never had a torta with beans in it. In checking the website, they aren't supposed to have beans. I say "never again" but I will probably try again in a few months because my wife loves Del Taco.
