Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Just had some pulled pork and baked beans. Neither impressed me

Been there twice first time I mobile ordered and when I told the person my name they said they didn’t have my order and tried to remake it even tho I showed them the app. The employee ended up misunderstanding my name and then caught an attitude when corrected about it telling me “I never said that”. Second time ordered on regular line a sandwich combo annd they fries were waiting to be finished and they said they would bring it to my table when done and never did.

Super expensive for what you get. The okra was super crispy and tasty. The baked potato was old and the chopped brisket was really fatty.

Absolutely smacked me with the aroma when I walked in the door J R (rooster) pur our plates together best bbq in Oklahoma

Ordered food through door dash. Dickeys didn't put my entree in the bag, only my sides. So for dinner I'm having green beans and mashed potatoes. I'm not happy.

Rooster and his crew helped me navigate some app issues so that I could order and use my rewards during a technology upgrade. We could not get corporate on the phone but he made sure that I walked away a happy customer. He could have easily said, "That's not my problem" but he owned it and helped me figure out what was wrong while he was dealing with a new menu and challenges on an OU game day! I guess you could say that's why I now I crow about Dickey's in Norman, OK!

The menu was a bit confusing, but they did have a sign explaining a menu change. Food came out fast and tasted great.

BBQ had no flavor. Bun was stale, dry and a weird yellow color. Spent alot of money on food and it was disgusting. Made all us sick the second we finished our food

I placed an order for the Olympics promo through the app and then received a voicemail about 10 minutes later that they ran out because they weren’t prepared, didn’t make enough food and I’m SOL. Offered no other solution or any way to redeem the offer elsewhere. The Olympics happens every 4 years and you can’t even be prepared for this because “you don’t get notified by corporate”, yet you can submit feedback to corporate for this very store. ??????

This location is always super friendly and extremely polite. I only go to places where the customer service is exceptional.
