Rooster and his crew helped me navigate some app issues so that I could order and use my rewards during a technology upgrade. We could not get corporate on the phone but he made sure that I walked away a happy customer. He could have easily said, "That's not my problem" but he owned it and helped me figure out what was wrong while he was dealing with a new menu and challenges on an OU game day! I guess you could say that's why I now I crow about Dickey's...
Love this place. Free ice cream, kids eat free on Sunday when you buy your plate you can get a free kids meal for your kid. Knowledgeable staff and will always get you the best bang for your buck.
