I'm not sure if I just caught them at a bad time or what but I could hardly call those donuts, they tasted like cardboard to me, and the lady was on the phone 90% of the time, and they heat food up in a toaster that looks like it totally gets cleaned every day.

I saw them go to the back of the store and grab donuts from the trash to give because it was close to closing time, never coming here again

They give you trash donuts!!!! We arrived at 730 and they said they had none 2 minutes later the gentleman said we have donuts we see the lady go to the back with an empty tray and exit the building by the dumpster where she and the other guy start grabbing donuts from the trash to give to us we were so astonished and disgusted left the donuts in the window disgusting this place should be shut down

THEY ARE NOW CHARGING AN EXTRA $.55 on a dozen of donuts as an admin charge without posting it anywhere in the store. I will no longer be a customer due to the taking of fees that are not clearly posted. You should have just adjusted your prices instead of adding a fee that I had no knowledge of until I asked for my receipt. This is a very dishonest way of doing business.This was my previous post:Personally I think this is the best spot in Norman for donuts. Always fresh with friendly service.

it was good. they were out of a lot of stuff by the time i got there. i asked about the posted frozen custard menu and the man at the register said they don’t sell that. so that was confusing. otherwise great.

The bathroom was so nasty. There was poop smeared on the walls, the soap dispenser looked like 2 squirts of dawn watered down into a random pump, and omg don't get me started on the toilet. It was gross inside and out. The regular soap dispenser was moldy.

Sandwiches and donuts we got seemed old. Coffee tasted like free coffee you get at a tire shop that’s been sitting there for the day. Croissant was burnt too. Wouldn’t complain about it, but it was too pricey for what we got.

Can't recall ever having hot donut holes..??They were fantastic!! I was a bit disappointed that they weren't serving donuts at 6:30pm lol...not sure why they were even open that late and on a Thursday. The drive-thru speaker sounded like adult voices on the Peanuts but we were finally able to order 6 donut holes...melt-in-your mouth deliciousness. Will have to visit in the morning and try kolaches and buttermilk donuts. Worth a visit for donut holes alone ?

Food was good but the prices were wrong. so I either ended up paying more or they over charged me, idk cuz they didn't give me a receipt. Had no idea they served frozen custard as well which was awesome but they were out of vanilla, so there's that lol.
