Or it has American cheese instead of white cheddar. Or I get black coffee instead of iced tea. Completely ignore their walk up l. Don't know why they even have it. tried the walk up 3 separate times and each time I had to wait 10+ minutes to be acknowledged and to get my order. They will serve 10 drive-thru cars before even speaking to you.

Update ~ finally tried them again for the first time in months. Had to get a refund. All our food was smashed with green and black stuff on it (we have pics) and they forgot some of our food so we had to wait for a second time in a line wrapped around the building. Dunkin’s not getting another dollar from me until they improve. This is insane.
Seriously. The most unkind, rude people work here. If you ask them why your drink isn’t made right like it normally is, be prepared to have eyes rolled at you, windows slammed in your face, snarky comments get made. Yall really have to do better with the staff you hire. You’ve lost a super loyal customer. I’m just done visiting yall only to be treated like crap because I’m asking for what I paid for to be made right… it’s really not that hard.

Odd store location, hard to get to, coffee sometimes tastes like whatever the person before you got. I don’t want my plan lattes to taste like butterscotch or hazelnut. They also don’t fill the milk to the top creating a bad ratio of milk to espresso. The other ones around tge metro are typically much better. Happens 3 out of 5 times. Hence 2/5 stars.
I live closer to the Robinson one and drive over to this one! They ALWAYS get my order right including the coffee. Which for some reason the Robinson store can't get! The main Street store is always accommodating and polite and for some reason the Robinson store and treated me like I was the problem when I had to bring my drink back! If main Street ever closed down looks like I'm SOL because I would do without before I went back to Robinson 🤷🏼♀️

Don’t get the hashbrowns they’re usually extremely greasy at this location, and the breakfast sandwiches are extremely bland. That’s not my main concern for this review though. Upon walking home from a 9 hour shift I was walking on the sidewalk passing their establishment when some teens started barking and laughing at me. Yes, barking, like a damn dog. I guess they have a bunch of children running the kitchen and that would explain the food quality.
