Odd store location, hard to get to, coffee sometimes tastes like whatever the person before you got. I don’t want my plan lattes to taste like butterscotch or hazelnut. They also don’t fill the milk to the top creating a bad ratio of milk to espresso. The other ones around tge metro are typically much better. Happens 3 out of 5 times. Hence 2/5 stars.

I live closer to the Robinson one and drive over to this one! They ALWAYS get my order right including the coffee. Which for some reason the Robinson store can't get! The main Street store is always accommodating and polite and for some reason the Robinson store and treated me like I was the problem when I had to bring my drink back! If main Street ever closed down looks like I'm SOL because I would do without before I went back to Robinson 🤷🏼♀️

The food is always hot and good, coffee is always good, all of the people who work the window are very sweet too. Convienient location. No issues. P.S. I LOVE THE DUNKALATTE. I need Dunkin to KEEP it on the menu.

Don’t get the hashbrowns they’re usually extremely greasy at this location, and the breakfast sandwiches are extremely bland. That’s not my main concern for this review though. Upon walking home from a 9 hour shift I was walking on the sidewalk passing their establishment when some teens started barking and laughing at me. Yes, barking, like a damn dog. I guess they have a bunch of children running the kitchen and that would explain the food quality.

When there is no line, it's a fast cup of coffee to start the day.

I came here a couple of months ago for coffee and the girl at the window was really sweet! My coffee was pretty decent too. However, as I was waiting on my order from the window (I stood at the window instead of using the drive-thru), a gigantic cockroach came out from under the building and nearly crawled over my shoe. I know that isn’t anyone’s fault but it really grossed me out and I haven’t been back since.

Kind of slow, but the girl with red hair is so sweet! I was lowkey being impatient, but yeah give her a raise:)
I always get a large iced butter pecan latte with 3 pumps of liquid sugar and no matter where I go they never mess it up. This morning it was absolutely perfect! Right when I pulled up to the window they were immediately ready to take my order and were so sweet and not impatient with me when ordering my second drink and were kind when asking me questions. When I got to the second window the gentlemen was so nice asking me how I was feeling and how my day was going. He was keeping me updated on me drinks and letting me know they were working on them as fast as they can. I’ve never had a better experience! I definitely recommend coming to this Dunkin if you haven’t before. I’ll for sure be back in the future for my coffee!! Plus it was only $8 for 2 drinks you can’t beat their prices!

So myself and theee co-workers had come to the walk up window that was open when we walked up to it and I ask the lady inside on the other side of the counter if she was ready to take our orders.
She responded with " I have to ask my manager", which I thought was weird.
She and her co-worker plus the manager asked what we wanted, I responded with "order doughnuts". Manger responded with how many, I said "probably few dozen". Manger turned to original lady and said "tell them to go through the drive thru".
So we decided that this business did not deserve our money.
As we were walking back to our vehicle all three dunkin worker's came out to smoke and to let us know "they didn't need our business".
We then pulled out of the parking lot and two out of the three lady's flipped us off and were saying something, was five in mourning was cold and windows were so didn't hear.
All we wanted was coffee and donuts, for us and others. They definitely didn't get our day off to a good start.
Good thing Shipley Do-Nuts was right down the street.
They were much nicer and was willing to take our orders and take our money, will be stopping by next time in town for work.
To end this thank you to this location I will do my best to NEVER to spend another dollar at any dunkin location.

Only stopped by to grab a couple donuts but the donuts they carry aren't shown on their drive thru digital menu. There's a very old looking laminated sign with pictures of donuts taped to a pole, but it didn't show "normal" donuts on it (ie, chocolate iced donuts) so I just had to take a shot in the dark and hope they had what I wanted. Probably won't go back.
Bella was the absolute worst worker I have ever seen. Two people were outside over 40 minutes waiting . Me and my wife’s family are never spending a dollar at Dunkin’ Donuts again
