5 people working here this morning with three customers in the place, me being the third. Still have to use the kiosk to order because....why? Can't get an employees attention.

I work overnights at the University so ordered a dozen donuts pretty late into the day. My order was fantastic and the manager was very nice and the coffee is very fresh! Thank you Dunkin well done

The food is usually ok here but ive been to plenty of other places that keep up with the line in the morning. This place either needs more staff or... something. Service is slow if there's more than 3 people in line. Mobile order doesn't help. I've had issues in the past with a wrong order here and there... but today really annoyed me. They had my drink done and the girl couldn't find the slip for the rest of my order. Then when I got to my office I opened my latte and it looks like someone made a medium and poured it into a large cup. To be so far behind and then not even fill the cup.... then i noticed all the icing on my doughnut is about to be left at the bottom of the bag.... I think this was the last visit for me. I wouldnt mind the wait if the food was right.

i come here every morning my mini bagels are always cold first complaint was fixed next day with a free order but constantly isn’t a proper way to work. I ask for my food to be heated twice when I order for this reason. I went to a different Dunkin yesterday and didn’t have to ask bc they were so hot and that’s what I want.

I heard the MANAGER “Sasha” tell the employees to use decaf espresso in place of regular because they had ran out regular espresso beans. Instead of being honest with her customers, she lied to every one of them and served them absolutely no caffeine, which is what 90% of the customers are coming for. We ordered on site and they made us wait for 10 minutes even though there wasn’t any customers there other than us and when they gave us the food it cold and burnt. I don’t really recommend this place.

Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before heading to the store for only 1 drink and 1 grilled cheese. Once I got to the store there was one car in the drive thru which I sat behind for 5-10 more minutes. Once I got to the window the employee rudely told me to park. After waiting another 5-10 mins parked and MULTIPLY cars going thru the drive thru I left… such a disappointment and waste of time. I would understand if it was a large order but it was not. Will not be returning to this location.

Great donuts and coffee if they could ever get some decent management it’d be great. But expect 15 to 30 minutes to get a coffee and donut. More employees than customers and they are clueless on what to do. Takes forever.

I’m pretty displeased today. I just went through the drive thru to get a cookie butter latte. Originally i said iced coffee but when i received the drink there was no creamer so i asked the man in the drive thru window what had the creamer in it and it was the latte so i asked for that, even said i was willing to pay the difference or for a new coffee. Instead of remaking the drink, they gave me back the iced coffee and just put cold foam on top instead of remaking it! I know it was a small misunderstanding but that was absolutely disrespectful! I will not be back! It looks like theres creamer but theres not i tried to stir in the foam and its gross.

Everyone was moving so slow, Had to wait over 10 minutes for my drink which I went inside for, had mobile orders sitting behind the counter ready while the people were waiting for their stuff. Just overall slow.

The food here is great and always correct. However, there should not be a 20 to 30 minute drive through line wait. They need more staff or something. AND they need a special lane or parking spots for mobile orders.

terrible business the manager amanda clearly doesn’t know how to be a manager , she shouldn’t even have that title if she doesn’t know how to handle customers it’s honestly embarrassing and sad , she’s rude and disrespectful and needs to be demoted it’s actually disgusting for a business to have someone running it like that. never going back again
