This gets 3stars for the food, otherwise it would be a zero star rating. This used to be the best Dunkin in the area. The new management is terrible. I work nights and this was my regular go to after shift. Yesterday was the last. I was told I couldn’t order at the counter, that it was kiosk only. When I had questions on how to use the kiosk, I was told it would be a minute because they were too busy, but rushed to finish because I was creating a line. It took me 5 minutes to muddle through the app that didn’t “walk me through an order” as the manager continued to insist it would. Then when I wanted something that wasn’t on the kiosk (Dunkin cup on a in store display), I was told I would have to order and pay for that separately at the counter. Why? Why 2 transactions that could have been 1? Then not surprised my order was completely wrong. I tried to talk to a barista about the issues because she was the only one who noticed I was standing at the counter for a prolonged time trying to get help. I was told I couldn’t talk to her because she was new and didn’t know anything about what I was talking about. The look of pure defeat on this young woman’s face was heartbreaking. To have her be berated in a bustling store loud enough for all to hear is disrespectful and unprofessional. And in the end it was my fault because I entered it in at the kiosk and there was nothing they could do about it and offered me free hash browns. I was charged wrong and my food was wrong from what I wanted, which I get all the time. The manager reason, because I didn’t hit extra buttons on the kiosk that weren’t clearly marked. Poor excuse for not wanting to have and shift accountability. The whole trip took 20 minutes when in the past, I’ve been able to go to the counter, tell them what I want and be out in 5 minutes, even when busy. When I tried to explain that to the manager, I was told, if you want to talk to someone, next time use the drive through. What’s the point of having the nice fancy cushy seats for dining in then. I’m from Dunkin’s hometown. I was excited when it found its was west and south. I know what they were founded on and this is far from it regardless of technology. This store has gone bad and sadly I won’t patronize it or recommend it to anyone anymore. I still love Dunkin products and will probably drive out of my way to get it elsewhere or just get the coffee and make it at home. It’s sad I can’t treat myself to a little break after work because some folks can’t or won’t have basic customer service skills.

They care more about drive through times than getting your food made. Last I checked when I placed a mobile order 7-8 min before I get to the store and my food still isn't ready and they ask you to pull around so you don't run up their drive thru time. So not only do they put bullshit times ahead of customers, they are commiting time fraud and lying to their employer. This location sucks. Go to Main or Classen

This store is so clean! Allison is such a good manager! Nevaeh and Aaliyah are doing a great job! I got this cute straw topper and French vanilla coffee! I love this Dunkin’s!

Jaden was wonderful and really fixed an ugly situation by both other workers. They were very behind on their orders. They did not have what we had ordered. After setting there for 10 minutes waiting, we asked and one of the two rude workers told us they had been out of it since 8:00 a.m. and she can't control the app... Meanwhile the other rude worker was cussing and complaining about everyone in the Drive-Thru. Jaden stepped in and asked what she could fix for us and was very kind.

Great Dunkin location! They always got my mobile orders correct and I’ve never had an issue with them missing items or making them incorrectly. Very good!!

I went to this location and ordered two coffees and some hash browns. The Hash browns were disgusting. And the coffee orders were both wrong. Allison, who said she was the store manager was extremely rude but did offer to remake the order for me next week. Then she told me to bring my receipt. I didn't have a receipt I was literally still sitting in my car still, I hadn't got out, she didn't give me one.... She said she gives everyone a receipt. She remembered me coming through the drive-thru but refused to make this right without the imaginary receipt. I'm very upset, If you're the store manager you should be able to get orders correct in the first place. I've been going to Dunkin for years and NEVER had an issue ever. It's sad this location doesn't care about it's customers.

The employees at this location are always so friendly. They work hard to get everyone taken care on their morning coffee runs. My order is always right and when they are out of something they immediately let me know. Kudos to this location for going above and beyond for making their customers happy!

Definitely the worst customer service. As a person who works as a customer service representative I would never treat my customers like this nor would i give them attitude or roll my eyes. The girl got mad because my husband asked for another straw…

I visited the establishment five months ago but discontinued my visits due to concerns regarding management and the demeanor of the staff. However, I have recently returned after hearing about new management. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, particularly the lady with red hair, who provided excellent service. It is evident that positive changes have taken place, reflecting a genuine commitment to customer care. I encourage continued efforts in maintaining this high standard. Thank you, Dunkin.
