The store on 3281 Classen Blvd, Norman, OK 73071, clearly does not keep track of their customers that order in the lobby. It seemed as if our orders aren't even in the queue/lineup and they do it whenever it feels convenient to them. I say this because there was another customer in the store waiting to order by the time I walked in. At the time, I thought she was waiting for her food but after Eliana clocked in, the other customer had finally placed her order. Who knows how long she been waiting before Eliana clocked in but I know she waited for her ONE drink just as long as I waited. I emphasize this because it shows that this must be a common occurrence in that store and that the staff are comfortable with treating their in-store customers in such a manner. My order was taken at 12:17pm, Nov 10, and I didn't get my ONE drink until 12:32pm (15 mins for one drink). I have picture evidence that I was still in-store waiting for my drink at 12:32pm. I feel as though they cared about their drive thru customers more than their lobby customers. I get there are drive thru timers that they have to worry about and that there's only 3 of them (from what I saw). But that doesn't excuse them for prioritizing drive thru customers over lobby customers. Everyone has places to be, and waiting 15 mins for a single cup of coffee is not reasonable. Starbucks does a better job at completing orders in the order they were taken. I don't want to stick 100% of the blame on the store employees because its most likely not their all their fault. It's common practice for upper management or corporate of big companies like Dunkin, to not give their employees enough hours or hire enough people to ACTUALLY run the store in an efficient manner all due to corporate greed. The less money they spend on payroll the more money they get in their bonus checks. Anyway, my point is y'all need to pay attention to your lobby customers, just because the lobby doesn't have timers for service doesn't mean u should make them wait 15+ mins fur a single cup of coffee.

Girl at the window today, 10/10/25, in the morning around 9:15 a.m.- you shouldn’t be serving customers at the drive-thru. I roll up to the window and you act surprised that you have a customer at the window. “I” have to say I’m picking up my order and have to give you my name. I am now the only car/person in the drive-thru, and one that just left in front of me, with no one behind. Why does the customer have to tell you who they are? Then you hand the food bag over and don’t say a word and just close the window even though I said “thank you, have a good day” not to mention I ordered something that requires a fork, I didn’t get the fork or napkins. The lady on the intercom was very kind. As a previous employee I know that you have to be welcoming and friendly, you have to put napkins in each bag and you have to put utensils in the bag as well. I didn't get asked if I want any, salsa, ketchup, or mustard. Complete failure on this location's part! Bad service and some bad employees.

Even when extremely busy you can tell these workers are doing their hardest. Great coffee for a cheap price (at least cheaper than other places) food is mid, but it always has been. Atmosphere is built to be very corporate and a place that is not inviting to stay near. It makes you want to leave the building the second you get there. But yes you can tell the workers WORK and work hard. I appreciate it when I'm in a rush in the mornings.

This location is fantastic!! The staff is friendly & helpful, the coffee is top-notch, and the doughnuts are fresh & delicious. It didn't take long at all to get my order, either. Thank you & keep up the good work!!

The one in Norman my step mom goes everyday too today they was rude and refused to give the sandwich that she bought and kept handing it out to other customers and when it was asked for the girl out the counter asked for the receipt and was laughing because they gave the. Sandwich away several times the manager thought it was funny too not a good Idea to treat people who come everyday that way shame on you

Hi Micah, miss roll your eyes and Management….
I came here today and my total was $14.61
I handed Micah $14 and she immediately shut the window before I could hand her the .61 cents. She opens the window & repeats my total to me “14.61” I tell her she shut the window before I could give her the .61 cents. Tell me why this girl rolls her eyes, closes the window, opens it 4 more times and every time rolled her eyes. After she gave me the final bag she shut the window and walked off, didn’t say a word the rest of the time… all over .61 cents. My kids and their friend in the backseat even said “omg, why does she keep rolling her eyes at us” we’ll miss Micah, we come here often so I suggest treating people how you want to be treated before someone gives you a taste of your own medicine. The manager is horrible treating her employees the way she did in front of customers is crazy no leadership skills no restraint on her attitude should never be in food service. I went thru the drive thru at 920 am on 08/19/2025 she was yelling and cussing at the girl on the register who was sweet to us even having to be belittled by the manager. She was asking the manager to help because the register screen froze is what started the whole incident.

First off let me say I was in heaven leaving today, As always Kenyaa and Ms. Dee’s customer service was top notch and they didnt miss a beat, then I got to try my favorite drink but remixed The Ms. Dee’s way that needs to be added to the menu permanently, yall also should try it. This is why I come everyday and back all the time thank you ladies yall are greatness and do a wonderful job.

Put in an order at the speaker box, waited 15 minutes in line after putting in the order just to get to the window for them to say the card machine is not working and they are only accepting cash. What a miserable and frustrating experience.
