It’s a coffee shop and she has been one of the nicest people i have ever met at this dutch bros since i have been coming here. Every time I visit my mom in Norman, I have to stop at Dutch Bros ☕🙌🏾. The coffee is always on point, rich, smooth, and exactly what I need to keep moving. Even when the line looks long, the service is super quick and friendly, and they keep the energy upbeat. Love the vibe, love the drinks, and I always leave happy. 💯✨

Ordered ahead through the app. Got to the location. Two employees were present and actively carrying on a conversation among themselves. One car was in the drive thru. I waited ten minutes so the employees could finish their conversation. That didn’t happen. Left without my purchased items since their conversation was more important. Do better Dutch. The music is also unnecessarily loud.

I went to Dutch Bros on National Dog Day specifically for the bandana giveaway and had the WORST experience. First off, I asked while ordering if they still had the dog bandanas — I was told they were “out.” Fine. I said, “Make my drinks smalls then,” since the promo wasn’t available. Guess what? They completely ignored me and didn’t make them small.
Then when I pulled up to the window, I literally watched the car in front of me get handed FIVE bandanas after buying only ONE drink. So, they weren’t “out” — they just flat-out LIED to me. That’s messed up.
To make it worse, I brought my dog as a special treat for the day. When I asked if they’d at least give him a pup cup, I got brushed off multiple times until I basically begged for it. Really? You’re going to be rude to customers and their dogs?
Dutch Bros, your coffee isn’t even that good to begin with, and for this level of attitude, dishonesty, and lack of customer care — it’s not worth it. Don’t advertise promos if you’re going to pick and choose who gets them. Super disappointing, and I won’t be back.

Dutch Bros is my favorite! I wish I could be a coffee drinker but unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. However, Dutch Bros is fantastic because I can have my Aftershock Rebel or an Electric Berry Lemonade while my husband can have his caramel hazelnut freeze and my stepson can have his caramelizer with soft top. The staff is always super friendly no matter what location I end up at.
Solid coffee selection. Similar to Starbucks.
