Came into Dutch Brothers for the first time. I had intended to dine in as I was killing some time while the wife shopped nearby. The coffee and muffin were excellent, as was the service. The young lady that waited on me was very courteous and helpful. The atmosphere however I have to rate as a one star. The music being played inside the serving area was horribly loud and I struggled to understand questions while placing my order.. I told the young lady this several times and no attempt was made to turn the music down. I left the shop an sat in my car to finish up my drink. I have no idea if this was a one time occurrence or if it’s the “normal”. Doubt I’ll be back.

Every time I go to this location I’m hit with positivity from the beginning of the interaction to the end and I LOVE IT! The employees are genuinely SO KIND. I have to give a special shoutout to Amyah as she is literally all smiles and sunshine and sometimes that is all I need to change the trajectory of my not so good day! Thank you for being you!

These are some of my favorite people ❤️ Never once had a bad experience! I love the little competitions they do that involve interacting/getting pustomers to talk about something specific or a say a certain word. It's so fun. The drinks are always top notch of course. Moving from PNW to the plains, there's no coffee stands like back home but we did have dutch bros so it's also a nice familiarity to have.
