Wow! The vegan breakfast tacos with tofu, vegan strawberry jam with bagel, vegan no bake, with some coconut water was the best! This place has a bunch of desserts, drink choices, vegan and vegetarian friendly menu, and is worth every bite. I mean, this place has food so good they will blow your mind and peel your taste buds back at the same time! Thanks for a great brunch! I'll be backVegetarian options: I love their menu! A big V represents the vegan safe, a big GF represents gluten-free, and a giant M will let you know if it's got anything animal! Most of their menu is interchangeable so everything has the option of becoming veganParking: If you don't feel like parking out front, park around back!

The food was very flavorful and satisfying . Everything was attractive to look at and eat. Their bakery display cabinet was clean and well labeled. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cute little place, much more hippie than one might expect in Oklahoma, with tasty food. I wasn't super blown away (hence 4* rather than 5*) but I also can't fault it. Moonmaiden had a nice blend of textures, and the kale lentil soup was nice and fresh. Certainly worth the walk from OU campus.

Was able to order food without special instructions. Ordered a grilled tuna salad sandwich made with vegannaise on gluten free bread with vegan cheese. It was delicious. Service was great and super helpful.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten, dairy, egg and soy free and was able to eat here.

Absolutely love this place!! The food is ridiculously great and healthy on top of that! Fantastic gluten-free options too! The owners are great people too! Everyone should support this local business!

I had a tuna sandwich and it was delicious. Worth the money. There is parking is on the back, which was a bit confusing. Other than that excellent customer service.

I stopped by this place because I wanted a healthy meal on my way out of the city and what an amazing surprise! I got their tofu scramble and it was delicious. The sourdough bread was also on point.

I can nearly always count on a large university town having at least one health food joint. I don’t mean Whole Foods, Sprouts, et al., but rather the mom-and-pop kind that are more than happy to serve a small but loyal clientele. The Earth Natural Foods in Norman is a shining example. Housed in a very unassuming shop nestled among residences, it is only a short walk from the OU campus, from which I suspect it draws its customers.

Don’t expect bright lights and 50,000 square feet of organic, non-GMO, whatever merch like you find at the big chains. The Earth is tiny, and it’s the kind of place you go to wait patiently for your slow food, hand-crafted one plate at a time in the small kitchen.I am glad I sought this out.

While there are some household items for sale (organic eggs, some bulk items, and a wide selection of Dr. Bronner’s liquid and bar soaps), it is the prepared food that is the draw. From tacos to soups, salads, sandwiches, smoothies, juices, and a variety of breakfast items, The Earth serves whole foods, not to be confused with a chain.

Even though it was midday, I opened for the Earthling Special, a breakfast scramble with a tasty medley of veggies and tofu. A side of breakfast potatoes rounded out my plate. It was delightful, and left me feeling just right…ready to carry on, instead of pass out in my van.

From meat items to vegetarian, vegan, and GF, The Earth offers a wide variety of choices, most of which are very customizable depending on dietary preference. I’ll be back.Vegetarian options: Most menu items are customizable to fit dietary preferences.Dietary restrictions: So many veg, vegan, and GF options it would be hard to count them all!

If you are vegan this is the place to go. I adore their tofu scramble and all the pastries. The employees are kind and patient. The atmosphere is very crunchy but I don't think anyone will yell at you for wearing leather.

This is basically the only place to get vegan food in the morning around here. Grateful for the lemon blueberry scone and the wealth of labeled vegan options on the menu. Almost everything is or can be made vegan here. The staff is delightful and my food was prepared really quickly. Updated from previous review on 2023-11-10
