Place was empty, not a single customer around. Employees were very rude and abrupt and I felt rushed. I’ve never been to an Einstein Brothers Bagel. Nothing was fresh, and the bagel sandwich wasn’t toasted. I’m thinking that they are skimming out of the cash drawer. It was rounded off to the nearest dollar. Two bacon egg and cheese bagels for exactly $12, paid with a $20 bill and got $8 change back in bills. Didn’t even get a receipt. I’ll never be going back to this establishment.

I love this place so much!! It has been my go to place every weekend! The employees are so sweet and hardworking. Really love how they customize bagels for me since I am vegetarian. Do visit and try it out :)

They are very rude and DONT TOAST THE BAGELS! I sound dramatic but this has happened over 10 times at this point and when you ask them to remake it toasted they act like you're the problem I never leave reviews normally I don't care but me and this location have history and bad aura and vibes -1000000/10, toast the god damn bagels

It's a very mixed bag. Many of the workers here are rude and disrespectful. I've overheard workers loudly making fun of the people in line, loud sighs over slight change in orders and more. The other day they loudly cheered over running out of bagels ( so they wouldn't have to make anymore sandwiches?). But, many of the employees are very hardworking and provide good service. It seems to drastically depend of the days you go. On the other hand the food is very good and they have very good iced chai.
When they don't mess up items, it's a good bagel. The problematic thing is though, there have been several occasions where I and other people have gotten their orders messed up.
