We decided to try this place and didn't happen, the one guy that saw us, acted like he didn't want to wait on us, rolled his eyes and said I will be right with you . We waited for a little while and then left . We made a better choice by going to a another place .

First time eating at Fat Shack after driving by it many times. It was pretty good! The burger was pretty decent, but the fries were some of the best I've had. They brought out chilled ketchup and that paired with the fries was a terrific combo! The place was empty other than the one person working there (seems to be a common occurrence according to other reviews). Will be back.

I was excited for this trip because of the food challenge. We were the only people in the place. The drink station wasn't setup. We waited 25 minutes for 2 subs that hit like garbage. We both were disappointed. My hubby had one jalapeno popper on his entire sub. Unfortunately that was the only thing he enjoyed about his sandwich. I had the Doobie with normal listings of ingredients. The honey mustard threw the whole thing off. I think it might have been better with bbq. Not willing to try again though. We drove an hour to try this place. The ride home was silent with regret. Idk how the Beard ate 3 of those subs. Might have been better 2 years ago when he came through. 0.5/10 on my recommendation!

Broken chairs everywhere, walked in waited for 20 mins never got answered. No one at the front. Three other people where talking one girl in an apron looked at us never got served. We just ended leaving, very greasy atmosphere also.

Wednesday afternoon, only one person doing everything! There was a group ahead of us. Our order was taken and we sat down. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Great music playing in background, not to loud. Little League College World Series on one TV and the other was educational entertainment with some questions to engage students (we homeschool our 3 sons). I watched the young man who was doing everything just flow from one thing to the next. He stayed calm, was very courteous and focused! He brought out our food, remembering who ordered each meal, apologized for the delay, offered us condiments, etc. Our order was perfect, exactly what we ordered. It was fresh and excellent!!! My wife is an excellent cook! My sons are picky and it is hard to find a place to eat where the food is prepared and served with the kind of care my wife puts into it, if that makes sense? This young man hit a home run all the way!!! We live an hour and a half away from this restaurant! We drove out of our way to go there for lunch and we will DEFINITELY go back. The food was great, the portions were large and for the price and service and peaceful atmosphere it was a really great value!!!
Food was Delicious, had the Fat Jersey and the fried Oreos with strawberry sauce for dessert. The guy taking the order was extremely kind and helpful, food came out hot and fresh, my 10 year son and me shared the Fat Jersey and we both truly enjoyed it along with the fried Oreos, will be a returning customer!

Walked in and ordered at the counter a classic burger with onion rings. Inside decor was of a typical burger joint. I looked for a clean table but couldn’t find one, so I wiped one down and seated myself. My order was delivered to my table hot and ready to eat. The burger and onion rings were definitely tasty. My observation as I was eating was that It looked like only one person was running shop. Overall I enjoyed eating here with the exception of the tables not being clean.
