I ordered it to go order for a French dip with french fries when I got home with my order I discovered that the french fries had been left off the order. When I decided to call I got answered with an AI prompt that when asked to redirect to the store hung up on me. Mistakes happen but having no way to call and rectify those mistakes is a major issue

Actually, I want to reach the ownership here. I tried the customer service channels and they stop short. Hey, get your mobile ordering back up. It has stopped me from ordering from there, and the last two times I shopped the employees forgot to credit my rewards points. I really need to look at options, make selections for my family, order, and come pick it up. The customer service line said it was your choice. Here's input. Train, hire, or invest. I'm sure there's others who feel the same.
