It took forever to get our food but I'm not sure if this is normal, maybe better next time.

Food was horrible bread wass sloppy and soggy and meat was worse than subway. The app gives u no option to toast the sub at all. Girls inside blah and not interested in being cheery or happy. Update: Unfortunately won't be back as automated responses aren't comforting that anything will change or anyone will be accountable. Unless someone else buys it for me I won't be ricking my money again to find out

18$ for a French Dip, chips and a drink! Way to much for me.

For some reason, my 2 turkey subs came without any turkey. Ubereats gave me 15$ back as I ordered with a bogo off, but frankly, that's a ridiculous recompense. Give me a cheese free macaroni. Ramen without any broth. How the hell do you miss the main ingredient? It's literally in the name. Jfc, what a joke.

My birthday reward did not show on the app. The representatives told me to contact the general manager Chase, who did nothing to resolve the issue. I tried to show them my license to verify my date of both, but they stated nothing could be done. I will not be frequenting this firehouse sub, and would rather go to the Moore location.

I ordered a Firehouse salad which you can order with or without meat. They don't ask and assume you don't want meat, on basically a Chef salad. Buyer beware!

So, the food was fine, but when I ordered a custom small tuna on white, specifying the exact ingredients, one of which wasn't cheese, they delivered it with cheese. Now cheese isn't a bad thing, but I didn't ask for cheese. This scenario has happened nearly every time. One time, they still added all the standard stuff on it when I said it was custom. It's like they only listen to the first two words you say, and the rest is a blur to them. It i don't say I want it, leave it off the sandwich. Oh, and the music was way too LOUD! Why is it everywhere you go these days that the music is so loud? I just want to have a quiet meal!

The sandwiches are great. The potato soup was pretty greasy, though, and didn't taste very good.

Went and ordered food for a family of 4, ate in the resturant, went back to order this brownie only to be told I should have ordered it with my food because I would have to spend a minimum of $3 more to even order the brownie. Nowhere on the sign does it say anything about minimum purchase necessary or anything about must be ordered with meal. The employee was extremely rude explaining this too and all she could tell me was that I had to spend more money and then I could order the brownie.

This day in age we're forced to pay outrageous prices for little food. You'd think that you would at least get what you pay for. As if $32.00 wasn't already expensive enough for just 2 sandwiches (no drink, no chips, no brownie, no cookie) they forgot the pickles! The sandwiches were ok, but it's the principle.
