First time visitors to a Freddy’s franchise, and we loved it! Friendly and engaging front line staff.

I went with the California double and it was delicious. The crunchy cooked outer bits of the hamburger patties gave it a crispy bacon like texture when chewing. Fresh tomato, onion, lettuce and a nice bun.

Wife went with the chili dog with cheese and onions solo - we shared the ample order of shoestring fries that came with my combo.

Finished it up sharing a Turtle Sundae for desert.

Shift Manager Kate was friendly and engaging with the customers She was checking on all the seated diners to check on things and making sure everything was good to go — it was. We will be back!

I was disappointed with the food today. The Freddys original was like mushy cardboard and really bland. I did get a couple of big bites of mustard which spiced things up a bit. The tater tots were crispy but again without much flavor.
This is not normal for this location. I hope they can get it worked out.

Picked up an order from here. They make all food to order so everything is hot and delicious. Nothing is made to sit. So everyone gets the freshest for at Freddy's. But the desserts are where it's at when you come here. The burgers and fries are definitely A1 but that custard goes above and beyond in my book.

Bro, give a person a chance to think, instead of repeatedly saying what else can I get for you. I don't know. I haven't even had a chance to read the darn menu. Other than that the food was great even though I asked for no cheese and received cheese anyways. Like do yall even look at the screen before making an order. What if I was allergic to cheese. Luckily I'm not but still. Anyways its fine. My son loves freddys so I won't reduce the stars for my crappy experience because most of the time yall are great.

Didn’t put the toppings I wanted on my burger (not even the basic ones), gave me about 5 onion rings whole still uncharging me for them, poor customer service the members will really rude and had the audacity to ask for me to round up to tip
