I know it's busy and I know it's fast food. But a little customer service goes a long way. Drive thru person was awful. I was heading some where else and Freddy's caught my eye and decided that it sounded good. So sorry I did. I pulled in the lot to eat while hot... NOPE it was served cold. Cold fries suck.

I’m from Massachusetts and we don’t have Freddys but I have to say it’s by far my favorite fast food burger. This location has never messed up the dozens of orders I have had. ( I travel to Oklahoma for work a lot)

Food was delicious, we went through drive through. They forgot a fry, but went inside to get it. They were very friendly, and nice and food still tasted fresh, and delicious still recommend others to give them a try.

Fresh and hot food.. service was quick but he clearly entered my order wrong as asked for onion rings instead of fries. I instead got onions on my burger 🙄

It’s been a year since the last time eating here and, it has declined in every aspect. Having a food allergy, I ensure emphasis when ordering; however, it was glossed over as…”you don’t want that on your burger?” I restated it is a food allergy and, the response was, “okay, whatever.”
After that, I was intent on watching the food handlers in preparing the food. WOW…and not in a good way. The person dressing the food was touching the underside of the prep table then putting their hands on top of the food as they read the monitor. Even with gloves on, that is unsanitary. The only saving grace is that they were made to change gloves before touching my order. The presentation was sloppy as they “threw” the food together, as if they were slopping pigs.
There was no heart or desire for a job well done and complacency in customer care or acknowledgment. We have a CHOICE…this Freddy’s is no longer one of them.
