Service was ok. Food was ok. Not fresh. Lots of different items were stale or crunchy(bread is not supposed to crunch). Food selection and quality was not up to the usual standard. This all combined to be a sub-par visit. Especially for having spent like $50-60 for a meal. I'm not sure if I'll go back. I'm sure I won't recommend though.

I have health concerns. My Waiter handles the clean silverware without any gloves on. The silverware was in the dishwasher tray. The waiter places the silverware inside the silverware sleeves. Then the waiter cleaned the table, removed dirty dishes, and handle dirty silverware. He then went back to stuffing the clean silverware to be used as new guest arrived. No gloves, no hand sanitizer. I not sure if the waiter washed his hands after removing the dirty dishes to return to stuffing the sleeves. Just the thought of the germs and bacteria make me sick... being transmitted from his hands. I got up and left. I can't believe this is a part of your practice.

The drink system was terrible, they just put the drink on your table. Which would be fine unless you go with a big group. They upcharged us so much for drinks. The cornbread was the worst I have ever had and the gummy bears had some mold. Almost immediately after eating I felt like I was going to puke. The food was gross in general, and the service was bad and ineffective. The bathrooms smelled horrid. A 20% tip for the server was automatically put down without telling us about it. I almost got upcharged for my meal because they were saying I got a drink and the chocolate covered strawberries were old and still had the leaves on them. I wouldn't go near half of their food because of just how it looked. There was pizza, and one looked kind of fresh, but the other one looked old and moldy. I cracked a tooth eating gummy bears. The soft serve melted immediately, and the ice cream was disgusting.
