99% of the time you have to choose between coziness, coolness, and great coffee when it comes to shops like this. but gray owl easy has all three. i wish i could copy and paste them in every city i go to.

Pretentious, rude employees; grungy & dirty interior and the coffee is badly made. Baristas act like they couldn't care less about your business. That attitude was cool when I was in college but I just have no patience for it anymore.

Possible the worse coffee I’ve ever had. I normally drink my coffee black 99% of the time for the past 20 years. I ordered plain black coffee and it was the worst and most watery coffee I’ve had. It was so bad that I tossed it and took my self to QT to get coffee.

I ordered a hot coffee and she misheard me and gave me a cold brew and I didn't want to correct her because it just felt awkward to do that and by the time I was done debating to myself whether or not I should say something it was already too late. The cold brew was great though. I also wanted to jump on one of the bikes on the ceiling and pretend like I was in a high speed police chase. 10/10 I forgot to take a picture so here's my cat instead sorry :(
