Great American Cookies

The associate who helped me was very kind. The brownies were the driest I’ve ever had though. Obviously they’re not known for these but still thought it would’ve been better.

Save your money. Cookie cake was awful hard and icing colors were soo dark and not like what was requested. design was like a 3rd grader made them. It was so embarrassing I left there and headed right to the local grocery for desserts that were a hit. 75$ wasted. Save your money. make it yourself or go elsewhere. YUCK. It has gone downhill in the past 6 months. DOWN-HILL

I was treated very rude and disrespectfully when I ordered a batch of cookies. They were out of the ones I wanted and refused to make any new ones. I will let my friends know how they can expected to be treated ad steer them clear of offering business to this place. This was by 2 ladies 4pm on 3/11/24.

Shout out to the ladies for my daughter’s custom cookie cake. We drove over an hour for it and were absolutely impressed, considering I ordered over the phone.. They completely exceeded our expectations

I ordered a cake for my daughter's baby shower. The online ordering is a little tricky to me. I ordered what I thought and in the comments I typed out exactly what I wanted.I had my other daughter pick it up for me since she lives 5min from the store and I live 30min.I shared a picture of the cake for reference and the name I asked for on the cake looks very thoughtless. Anyone that mentioned the cake to me said it was delicious but the name was not pretty and asked who did it.The cake was delicious, but it was very very thin, I've had many cookie cakes and this one was way thinner. Sad to say I will not be ordering from them again.

A big shout out to great American cookie in Norman at sooner mall....went in for a last minute cookie cake for my son's birthday party today....let me tell you they went above and beyond to make sure my son got his cookie cake for his birthday....I can't tell you enough about the service and amazing workers there today...yall are the best!!!!

Stopped in the mall for shoes tonight and walked by the cookies. Decided to try a few to snack on and OMG! We got the pecan, the chocolate fudge, and a peanut butter and WOW! Each on was better than the last. It is so hard to pick a favorite!You nailed the flavors! The chocolate is all the best things you would want in a fudge brownie flavor. The peanut butter is better than eating pb off the spoon. And the pecan! It tastes just like pecan pie in cookie form. You now have a new fan!

Ordered a cake for my bday and when I went to pick it up the cake's colors did not match what I asked for. After explaining this, the team lead for today graciously redid the entire top layer (it was a double doozie) and even made the rainbow and text bigger so the icing covered more of the cookie. Super grateful to that team lead, totally wish I could have grabbed his name. Thank you for saving my bday!

Ordered 2 separate cookie cakes and they turned out great. However, the second one seemed more thin than usual. My only suggestion to the company would be to get bags for the cookie cakes. It would be really helpful when carrying the cake to the car in the rain and carrying it around.

I have ordered cookies for ever from here. I ordered an grinch cookie for a Christmas Eve event. When I ordered she told me that they had a grinch one on display. I said I want one like that with Merry Christmas on it. I picked it up over 24 hours later, more than enough time for a fresh cookie. This cookie is horrible! These people literally gave me the one that had been on display for lord knows how long! Awful!!

Originally we had a miscommunication with our cake and it was not what was expected, but with a quick phone call they fixed the problem and had the cake ready just in time for the party and it was perfect. Very friendly and ready to help. Thank you so much!!
