Hello! I’m a regular at the mall and let me just say great American cookies are by far my favorite especially when Niki is around! She is always so positive and the most personable person I have met there. Will always come back if she’s working. <3

I ordered a cookie cake for a celebration and requested a sunflower theme. I typically don’t care for cookie cakes, however , Norman Great American Cookies knows how to make an excellent tasting cookie and completely superseded my expectations with the sunflower theme. Also, they have an excellent employee, Aly who is beyond professional. She listened, answered my questions and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Aly for all your cookie needs and only the Norman store. I drove from Mustang and will continue to drive for all my dessert / cookie needs.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Great American Cookies! From the moment I walked up to the counter, the team was welcoming, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. Their cakes are beautifully decorated, and full of flavor. I was especially impressed by how quickly they were able to get a cake ready for me when I was in a crunch for time. They handled it so efficiently without sacrificing quality at all.
The entire staff works together seamlessly, and the managers in particular are outstanding, personable, attentive, and genuinely care about their customers. They take the time to make sure everything is perfect and it really shows. It’s rare to find a place with both excellent products and excellent service, but Great American Cookies nails both every single time. Highly recommend!

I went on a busy Saturday and the staff was so nice and friendly. Niki helped us and was so nice to my daughter. She made picking out cookies fun and special. Next time I need a cake I will be sure to call because the cookies were amazing!

Highly recommend! Management is amazing there, needed a last minute cake and the manager niki went above and beyond to create a beautiful cake right away for me! Amazing service, and delicious cake!

I just ordered a cookie cake and customized it for my sister’s birthday. And I did the order over the phone and it came out PERFECT. Miranda did such a wonderful job decorating and by far exceeded my expectations. SHE WAS COOKING BACK THERE FOR SURE 🔥🔥 she was definitely defying gravity 🙌🏾 she restored my confidence in GAC. 1000/10

The associate who helped me was very kind. The brownies were the driest I’ve ever had though. Obviously they’re not known for these but still thought it would’ve been better.

Save your money. Cookie cake was awful hard and icing colors were soo dark and not like what was requested. design was like a 3rd grader made them. It was so embarrassing I left there and headed right to the local grocery for desserts that were a hit. 75$ wasted. Save your money. make it yourself or go elsewhere. YUCK. It has gone downhill in the past 6 months. DOWN-HILL

I was treated very rude and disrespectfully when I ordered a batch of cookies. They were out of the ones I wanted and refused to make any new ones. I will let my friends know how they can expected to be treated ad steer them clear of offering business to this place. This was by 2 ladies 4pm on 3/11/24.

Shout out to the ladies for my daughter’s custom cookie cake. We drove over an hour for it and were absolutely impressed, considering I ordered over the phone.. They completely exceeded our expectations

I ordered a cake for my daughter's baby shower. The online ordering is a little tricky to me. I ordered what I thought and in the comments I typed out exactly what I wanted.I had my other daughter pick it up for me since she lives 5min from the store and I live 30min.I shared a picture of the cake for reference and the name I asked for on the cake looks very thoughtless. Anyone that mentioned the cake to me said it was delicious but the name was not pretty and asked who did it.The cake was delicious, but it was very very thin, I've had many cookie cakes and this one was way thinner. Sad to say I will not be ordering from them again.
