Walk in and the place was full so I sat at the counter. I noticed the counter does not have much space. My waitress was super in taking my order and checking in on me. I got an omelette with hash browns and a biscuit & gravy. Omelette was good and the sides were ok. Inside it gets chaotic because of all the customers. Also note they only take cash.

The food is good homestyle food, and the service is fantastic. There are few places anymore where you get coffee refill without asking and tracking down a waitstaff member. A Hasslers, the waitstaff are friendly and come by with a coffee pot regularly. My favorite dish is the roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Friendly reminder this place is cash only so make you have before you go,but they do have an atm inside restaurant. The food was really good and the order came back really quick. If you are looking for a old school dinner feel this is the place. Yes desserts are available and they are made in house.

We were looking for a place to have breakfast in Norman that we hadn't been too before. We read the mixed reviews on Hassler's and figured we would at least try it. We were greeted by two friendly waitresses and seated immediately. Our food was brought out quickly and was great! Not sure why there are any negative reviews about this place but then again anyone can have an off day! Restaurant is clean, we were definitely the youngest people in there. As everyone warns you, cash only. We will be back!

I've driven by this place so many times and finally tried it because there was a 30 minute wait at another spot downtown at 10am on a Saturday. Our party of 5 was seated immediately. We ordered the fried green tomatoes for the table, fabulous. They have a full array of offerings including breakfast, salads, sandwiches and even chili. The homemade hash browns were a standout, but everything was fresh and delicious. A couple of us cleaned our plates and the others ate as much as we could. They do only take cash and the service was outstanding. This will be a new regular place for us
