This by FAR the best Vietnamese we have had in YEARS !!!
The Pho has depth of flavor and the noodles did not break down. The pho stayed nice and hot. The fried springrolls are cooked to perfection. Nuoc mam is delicious.
Also they have the wooden chopsticks instead of plastic, YAY!!!
Even the water tastes clean and refreshing.
My husband had seafood/stir fied egg noodles. Big portion and very, very good.
Also they have Bahn mi on the menu plus steamed rice, fried rice, vermicelli dinners.
We will be back!!!
