Would definitely not recommend due to sexually explicit music videos shown on the walls facing and viewed by all bowlers. We took four boys, ages 4 to 13 years old on a Saturday afternoon expecting a fun atmosphere with family friendly entertainment. We enjoyed the bowling but the video content was completely inappropriate for family entertainment. I complained and they changed the reel but it should have never been an issue to start with. For $100 for one hour of bowling, we were very disappointed and disgusted with the videos shown to all attending. We will not return. Do better Hey Day!

Went here on Wednesday, May 7 @7pm wanted to watch basketball and drink a few beers but wouldn’t recommend the 21-year-old bartender saw me walk in sit down and walked away. Patiently waited while they were talking to the young people on the other side of the bar with the other female bartender Waited a while both of them looked at me continue to ignore me, and then a young couple walked in and sat down, and the female bartender went straight to them, right Away as I still sat there, the young male bartender came up, started, whispering in her ear, looking at me and then just walked away ignoring me yet again horrible Service need to get real bartenders that know what service is. Was bringing a group, but after that I left and we changed locations won’t be back.

Well, I used to like this place but now they charge you 3.99 for your golf ball that you get to keep to bring back the next time, REALLY plus their prices went up so for 4 of us to play we were charged an extra $24!!! Added to the fact there is a lot of trash in their ponds (which is understandable with the winds yesterday). I don't plan on returning!!
Edit pt 2: when I called the following morning to discuss the charge issue the manager was very dismissive and kept interrupting me not allowing me to speak so overall do not waste your time or money here. Go somewhere better and friendlier like main event. The only reason we came to heyday was because it was more local for our friends but NEVER AGAIN.
Edit: make sure if you go to heyday that you have double the amount of money you’re planning to spend in your account as they like to double charge you when they force you to put a card on file for FOOD and place a week long merchant hold on your money plus what they’re actually charging you!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Originally a three star review: My friends and I went to get some food and go bowling to catch up and have some fun. We unfortunately went when it was spring break which I get is a busier time. However, they were severely understaffed and at times I saw individuals that looked like management just standing doing nothing which is disappointing when service was slow. I will give it to them that their pricing for food and bowling isn’t outrageous and is on the cheaper side compared to other entertainment places. BUT I can’t get past that they charged 4 DOLLARS for drinks that came in a small plastic cup, which wouldn’t be an issue if there was service checking in regularly for refills. Also the fact that the food took almost an hour to get delivered and was lukewarm at best. Needless to say I think it’s worth it to come if you expect poor service or aren’t planning on ordering food and drinks.

Be prepared to open a tab for just going to the restaurant and not ordering alcohol beverages. The tab holds your funds for 5 days but when they actually charge your tab to your account they have a pending transaction x 2 of your total! So now there are 2 $78 transactions pending on my daughter’s account but we can’t dispute with the bank for 5 days. So no thank you Heyday, you can keep your tab, your $4 sodas in small cups and chaos.

I asked if I can leave my food somewhere on a counter and when I return it was thrown away. I've spent too much money just for someone to tell me they threw it away.. over $400 for a groupl, I will not return .
