Great food and service. Due to Spring Break the restaurant was pretty empty. The server was super friendly and brought our food very quickly. It was exactly what we ordered and the perfect temperature. I always love coming here when I’m in town.

Found this place while here for an indoor track meet. The food is amazing. Our waitress Shelby was wonderful. If you get a chance to eat here… do it. The Alfredo Bake was amazing!!!

We went after a volleyball game and I had ordered a regular small cheese pizza and it was overcooked and they cooked me an extra at no cost. That is service! Highly
Came in then other day. Server was good, pizza was short on toppings compared to the other Norman location. The biggest issue was the short male manager, Zane or Lane or something like that. This guy clearly has anger issues and was being extremely rude to his staff. No way would I ever let my teenager work for this establishment since they let their managers treat their staff members that way! I don't know what his deal was but being that disrespectful and unprofessional towards his servers is not okay. I'll never eat here again bc it angered me that much!

Ordered pie online, Arrived at their parking lot, waited for delivery to my car, then called to ask about the status after it was 10 minutes late. They had not made the pie yet. Waited 20 minutes more. It still wasn't made! Finally, after nearly an hour, a guy brought me the pizza. Busy you ask? Hardly anybody was there.This is why you should never pay a tip prior to receiving service -- especially at this place."We'll be right out" tagline on parking signs, not so much.Pizza was ho hum. Leftovers dried up on the counter as nobody was interested in finishing the last couple of slices.Parking: Small number of spots. Difficult to maneuver into pickup spots.

Lexi did a great job taking care of Myself and My aunt on Weds 12/20. She was so sweet and did a great job of reading the table. Event went above and beyond taking some pictures before we left from our visit. thank you Lexi and the Hideaway staff for the great experience. We will be back!

This review is for curb-side pickup. I really enjoy the Extreme pizza. Very expensive but lots of toppings. Always get it when dining in which is 3 to 4 times a month. I made the mistake of ordering curb-side last night and when I got home discovered that they game me a pizza of much lesser value that had about one third the amount of toppings as what I always got when I purchased the same pizza while dinning in store. Called and talked to manager who said he would check the videos and get back with us. Haven't heard back from him in 4 days. I don't mind paying more to get more toppings but, please don't charge me more then give me less. Really wish I had gone somewhere else. Next time(s) I will. BTW, I even tipped 20+ percent in anticipation - tipping before you see your food is a very bad idea! Bottom line, Dine in - good, curb-side pickup - not so good. DON'T ORDER A HIGH END PIZZA TO GO FROM HERE. (They don't seem to be as focused about making sure they provide a quality product when it is a curb-side order). Sad reality is that with all the great places to dine in Norman, it only takes one bad experience to lose a customer. What is really disappointing is that I haven't received any respnse in 4 days.
