Edit: We visited HC for the live music on open mic night on a Thursday. The music was really good. There were really talented musicians there. It was impressive!
I had the frito chili pie. It was really good and I hate to say anything bad about it. It just needed a bit more chili. Other than that, it tasted and looked like the old fashioned frito pies that are hard to find. It could use a few more onions, as well.
I also went up there for Hot Rod night, but i only looked at the cars. Pictures below.

Food was good, but who doesn't serve hamburgers or tacos. Atmosphere was great. The music was s little loud for conversation. Prices were actually good. Would definitely go again if they had a burger. The French dip was awesome! Chicken wings are baked so expect a wait.

If you love America. If you love good food. If you love good music... this is perhaps one of the cornerstones of what I love about America. I see why Toby loved it enough to own it. I would drive 500 miles out of the way just to spend an evening here.

First time to HC. Friends recommended and they were right! Love this place! Clean, good food, good service, and a unique place. Huge stage out back. Kick-ass band called Haloed killed it! Planned to stay for dinner. Didn’t leave until almost midnight. Had a blast!
