On Jan 4, 2025, I took my children to HTeaO in Norman . We had a very poor customer service experience. The floor in front of half of the machines was sticky from a spill that had dried. I went to the desk to let the employee know. She must have heard me telling my children to avoid that area due to stickiness as she was filling a mop bucket behind the counter. She said she was aware of the floor as someone had spilled their drink earlier. I asked if I could have a cup of water so that I could clean/wipe the bottom of my shoes, which were sticky. Instead of being met with good customer service she replied with "Yes, but it will be .99 cents for a cup of water." I thought she was joking so I asked if she was serious and she confirmed that it would cost me $1 to get a cup of water to clean my shoes.
Sticky floors happen and I am fine with having to clean my shoes but being told that I have to pay for a cup of water to clean my shoes is unacceptable.

I stopped there on my way back to Kansas because I like your tea and your iced coffees. I got an iced coffee and a tea for later still have the ice on. It went to drink it. It was sour. It had been left over from the day before because I work in food service it was terrible.

Love this place. So many different flavors of tea and the staff is always friendly. Try the blueberry muffin tea. 75% blueberry 25% chai. If you want to knock down the sweetness a bit get 50% sweet blueberry 25% unsweetened blueberry and 25% chai.
A nice young man at the counter helped me. He was very helpful and told me his favorite flavor was sweet almond green!!! His name was Davis and he made this place feel like home.

Coffee was awful. The wait time was even worse. Ended up having to call them to ask about our order and no one even knew about it. This is the second time that we've had to wait approximately 15 mins in the drive thru for iced coffee, and it is the last. So much for second chances. The staff is super friendly which is the only reason for the second star.
