Absolutely the worst HTEAO I have ever been too!!! That is an understatement!!! Your restaurant is disgusting, filthy, disgusting I can’t say it enough!!! Whoever runs this place man oh man you need to brush up on working like a General manager should showcase your restaurant. Windows are filthy floors are filthy counters are filthy just a disgusting display of your business!!!!

Drove thru for my usual BOGO unsweet regular. The staff were so friendly. The store appeared clean and the service was fast and friendly. This is my go to place for tea. Even brought two gallons home as they were on sale.

Not sure if they don’t clean their equipment or if they got the tea’s equipment switched but the last 3 times I’ve gone I got peach flavor in my unsweetened tea…which I don’t like anything besides unsweetened tea. Very disappointing because I’m a regular.

It would nice to have full receipt in order to scan for the rewards. Instead it was half the QR code.
On Jan 4, 2025, I took my children to HTeaO in Norman . We had a very poor customer service experience. The floor in front of half of the machines was sticky from a spill that had dried. I went to the desk to let the employee know. She must have heard me telling my children to avoid that area due to stickiness as she was filling a mop bucket behind the counter. She said she was aware of the floor as someone had spilled their drink earlier. I asked if I could have a cup of water so that I could clean/wipe the bottom of my shoes, which were sticky. Instead of being met with good customer service she replied with "Yes, but it will be .99 cents for a cup of water." I thought she was joking so I asked if she was serious and she confirmed that it would cost me $1 to get a cup of water to clean my shoes.
Sticky floors happen and I am fine with having to clean my shoes but being told that I have to pay for a cup of water to clean my shoes is unacceptable.

I stopped there on my way back to Kansas because I like your tea and your iced coffees. I got an iced coffee and a tea for later still have the ice on. It went to drink it. It was sour. It had been left over from the day before because I work in food service it was terrible.

37 minutes in a drive through.. with only five other cars.. for pre-made drinks.. IS WILD. Would have hopped the curb to leave if my car was capable.
