Not real sure what was going on today but this is by far rhe worst customer service I have ever received from an HTEAO. I waited in line for 10 minutes. Then apparently the registers dies but they couldn't tell me that.. so I stood at the counter wondering why I wasn't getting checked out. Weird behavior.

Absolutely the worst HTEAO I have ever been too!!! That is an understatement!!! Your restaurant is disgusting, filthy, disgusting I can’t say it enough!!! Whoever runs this place man oh man you need to brush up on working like a General manager should showcase your restaurant. Windows are filthy floors are filthy counters are filthy just a disgusting display of your business!!!!

Drove thru for my usual BOGO unsweet regular. The staff were so friendly. The store appeared clean and the service was fast and friendly. This is my go to place for tea. Even brought two gallons home as they were on sale.

Not sure if they don’t clean their equipment or if they got the tea’s equipment switched but the last 3 times I’ve gone I got peach flavor in my unsweetened tea…which I don’t like anything besides unsweetened tea. Very disappointing because I’m a regular.
