This is a very awesome place to snack. I often visit during evenings with my friends and hangout for a while eating doughnuts with my friends. The ambiance is good and colorful. The food is also tasty especially doughnuts.

Cashier look so bother she definitely wasn't haven't it that day there cake donuts are not my level there cake donuts are dry and thick the glaze is to heavy just not a big fan my husband got an apple fitter been wanting to try them there so hug but very disappointing as soon as we left to go home it was very doughy still in the middle... just wasn't worth the 30$ I spent there very expensive for poor quality of donuts

We live in the neighborhood and stopped in abt 4pm to get some of the pumpkin donuts and a special glitter coffee. The coffee wasn’t available and strangely enough, I’m pretty sure the man working was very high. Whoever he was talking to in the back, would not come out front to help him. Very strange. Not the Hurts we used to shop.

It's not open. Doors locked @ 1:30AM.EDIT: Was made aware of power failure and know that there is nothing to be done when something is out of their control. Changed to 3 stars.

First off awesome concept. Execution not so good. My 10 year old didn't even like these donuts. All so dry and overdone on fillings. They look good and flavorful but pretty bland and dry.

We came in on Sunday evening. The customer service was great and the doughnuts looked amazing. We bought about $15 In doughnuts. My son took a bite of the first one (cotton candy) and it was terrible. I tried it too and it was so dry. We then tried the next one thinking it would be better (cherry I think) and it was just as bad. We bought 4 or 5 doughnuts and they were all terrible. I understand that the doughnuts might not be super fresh, but these doughnuts were horrible. If you are open 24 hrs then at least have decent doughnuts.

Been sitting around and waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Sign on the door says open 24 hours a day and handwritten next to it There was a sign that said would be back in 15 to 20 minutes. Was closed when I got there and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes so. Yep. Do better.
When I went I was wanting a Apple Fritter. They didn’t have any at that time. Now I did go at 3 pm in the afternoon. The place was completely empty. The donuts although a decent variety and very different approach to selection with their variety. Not a typical donut shop. Very different toppings on their donuts which makes it unique. I ordered some donuts to go and got one for myself. It wasn’t that fresh so I don’t know how old it was. The flavors were good, but the body of the donut was somewhat chewy showing it wasn’t made anytime recent. They had a fountain drink station but it wasn’t working. So I had to get a bottled soda. Cleanliness of the place was okay. Overall, due to distance from where I live, I won’t be going back anytime soon. But when I’m Norman I may visit again.

Early Friday brought my granddaughter here for the first time for us both. Favorite Hurts location!! So cute! She picked the Little Timmy donut.Customer service was kind and helpful.

Very disappointed w the customer service. Donuts we're good but just thrown into a bag. Half the icing stuck to the inside of the bag and they got all over each other. Either she was having a bad day or just didn't like me bc I was white. Customer service shouldn't be so bad that it makes me think it's bad bc my skin color wasn't as dark as hers . Won't be back! This was on July 20th around noon

Goodluck getting this place to ever open. Family and I have been trying to come for 3 days now and no luck. Handmade signs posted that they will "return" at a certain time. No one ever shows.

Not open 24 hours. They were closed on a Monday morning at 7:00 when we pulled up. The donut selection is a bare minimum. There were bugs flying around inside the donut cases. The rack they were using to pull the donuts from to put into the donut case had flies in it. This place used to be awesome. Now it’s just sad. You’re better off going to another donut place. Both my kids and I was disappointed in the whole experience.
