We recently moved to Norman and started frequenting this IHOP. From the very onset we noticed a person training servers in the main dining area. Craig is his name. We come from a family in the hospitality industry and we appreciate great service. We were very impressed by what we saw with attention to even the smallest detail being explained fully to each trainee and was presented with precise and clear instruction. It was also very evident of the pride he took in his job and the restaurant. This person is an employee I would wish every service industry had in their company! He is hard-working, friendly, devoted and humble!
