Usually me and my boyfriend come here to eat alot but I don’t think we will be coming again. We came in late last night as we usually do and got our drinks. Right before we did we heard the waitress say from the open kitchen that “I don’t like this table, they never tip.” and we were the only ones there. Me and my boyfriend instantly felt uncomfortable and lost appetite, so we asked for the check very quickly for just the drinks. The waitress asked us many times if it was something they did cause they know we come alot, which made us much more uncomfortable and guilty feeling. We paid and left a 5$ tip for the 7$ after feeling so guilty, even worse when we overheard her going into the kitchen and seeing “My table is leaving and I have no idea why!” We love the food there and had some good times, but now we no longer feel welcome in that establishment and feel like we can’t show our faces in there again. We are respectable, keep our areas clean and our volume down, we don’t make a hassle for the workers. We woke up this morning still feeling so guilty and upset by the situation. I understand complaining about customers, but please refrain from doing it from an open kitchen where we can clearly hear you, it made us feel like terrible people.

I come to the Norman IHop pretty regularly, and I never have a bad experience. Today, I had Ronnie B. and he was a delight. He didn't just check on us, he always talked to us and made us smile. IHop food will always be IHop food. It's not going to inspire sonnets or send anyone to fight Troy. It's the servers that bring me back every time.

The cook Clarabell makes amazing eggs cooked perfectly and My server jeneta was was super kind and helpful never forgot about us or our refills and made sure we were happy with everything! Happy international pancake day!

I came in not too long ago & my server I think his name was pascel excuse me if I spelled his name wrong but he was super amazing always there when I needed him as if he was reading my mind I had no choice but to tip him big he was kind & had a huge smile on his face the entire time we need more workers like him !
