First let me begin with the not so good- I've ordered online twice for delivery to different campus addresses. First time, I used the online "tracker" but it's either never working or the cookies are just always baking. I checked with my recipient and she had not received them an hour after they were supposed to be there. I hate to do this, I really do. We have ordered from Insomnia Cookies basically religiously since we discovered them. The quality of their cookies is high, and boy do we like our cookies. Tonight; we attempted to place an order which “failed to go through” but of course the money left my bank account. Scammed me! Put my account in the negative and refuses to fix their problem! I would not ever recomend going to this place. Gave me some B.S. story about credit card machines. Not my problem. You need to eat that. You cant charge customers several months later with no notice. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
