Used to love this option, but now it just has been bad time after time. Either the fries suck, the bone-in wings suck, or both. Sauce has also been super inconsistent. I’ve had better wings from pizza places than I have from here.

Omg best service ever ? Regan was exceptional ? truly had it going on they were on top of everything never had to ask for anything she showed to fill drinks and check on us regularly!

You know, I’ve given them multiple chances and I’ve worked food for several years and I’m not above it now, and it might be because the driver/Uber eats; however everytime I order my fries are less than fresh (soggy) and my wings are not tossed worth anything. It’s like they spritzed it with w Buffalo spray and left it like that for an hour. I can somewhat understand the fries but there’s no reason my wings should be dry and old. I order 44+ wings (plus the fries) when I order it ahead of time and they are always cold/old and I tolerate it. I don’t want to ruin someone’s job and money situation but I move furniture for a living and I take enough pride in my job to not to be this type of way. I simply request you guys handle this better and put more effort into what you do. I understand it’s a demanding job at times but believe me I know how it is to this day. Take pride in what you do and and be the best at it or be nothing at all. (Otherwise how will you be something else/better) I will not provide receipts as it was not always on my card alone and I’m not looking to ruin someone’s life but please take pride in what you do. Please and thank you! Also please don’t try and send me to your guys support team. I’m just learning it’s a chilis restaurant so it’s not their specialty which is not mentioned anywhere on the website/business. Please don’t try and direct me to a less than mediocre support staff.

Do yourself a favor and get your wings from wing stop or BWW. They didn’t properly sauce the wings, half of them had no sauce on them at all. It’s a ghost kitchen being run out of Chili’s so unless you really love their mediocre wings then don’t order from here. Ranch was good and fries were okay. If I knew I was ordering from Chili’s I would’ve gotten something they’re actually good at making.
It's just wings.. Just needs some culinary classes.. Wings didn't have much sauce on them.. In fact out of 32 wings probably 12 of them had sauce.. The curly fries had more sauce on them than the wings... 4 of the wings were not cooked all the way.. Nothing like biting into slimy chicken skin.. The price was good around $1 a wing but I guess you get what you pay for.. Eat at your own risk.. We probably won't eat here again...

Better than BWW wings for sure, less greasy than Wingstop. I think the prices are a little inflated but the food is still really good. Ordering options are a little confusing but I still prefer the wings from here over other wing places. Only downside with the food is that the curly fries are usually not crisp by the time the food gets delivered but that's the same with most delivery only options. Still worth 4 stars.
