Went into the 12th. Street location this morning, the manager was standing outside the door sucking on a cigarette. Dropped it and then trailed the smoke inside. 11:15. Was told I couldn’t use the bathroom, floors were wet and slippery.
The manager, then went away and wouldn’t come
Back up to take anyone’s order.
I’ve already contacted corporate and filed a complaint.
She should not be working with people.
Love the tiny tacos at the drive thru.
The stickers on the window say they open at 6am but apparently they are really only open 10am-10pm.
Fine our fault for not checking Google; however, when they are open the service is slow or non existent. They are always out of everything. Most of the employees are rude or don’t communicate with you other than dirty looks.
