Supervisor would not let me use the restaurant she denied me from using the restroom there was only one restroom the men's restroom was out of order so I asked if I can use a female's restroom and she denied me told me that no I'm not letting you use the female's bathroom You can go across the street I don't know if it was because I was black or me being a man and it was a emergency Norman store in front of Walmart

Came in here to get a DoorDash. The staff behind the counter of grown adults were cussing up a storm and complaining about different things. It was a collection of the most miserable people I’ve encountered in awhile.
The one near my house closed down and just happened to be driving by this location.

Worst fast food experience I've had. Drink machine was broken, and I tried to let anyone know about it. I spent 10 minutes standing at the counter trying to get someone's attention about it, and I can see people making, and quickly avoiding eye contact with me. Why even have the option to dine in at all.

Waited in the drive thru lane for 17 minutes from the time they said it will be a minute, I could not back out because there were cars behind me.. they finally backed up so I could leave…I went inside and all the lady could say was “we only have 3 people working, and there is nothing I can do about it “. Apparently they forgot I was in the drive thru.. I told her I wanted the phone number to corporate and all she could say was “ they don’t care, it doesn’t matter what you say”. Very unprofessional, I will never eat there.

I’m outraged, I waited 45 minutes in the drive through as I had placed a mobile order to get my food and it was cold by the time I got there. Need more staff.

The food was good. Upon walking into restaurant you’ll be greeted with a sign that says you have 30 minutes to eat your food then get out. Admittedly, that’s paraphrasing. But it set the tone of the staff’s behavior towards me. I waited for about 5 mins for someone to take my order. (Hopefully, that didn’t go against my time limit.) The first thing she said to me was “why didn’t you just enter your order on the kiosk?” When she called that my order was ready she do so by calling out the food. Sounds nitpicky, but I couldn’t understand her because she said the my whole order like turbo speed. Just use my name or number. It was so long at first I honestly didn’t realize she was calling an order. Still that one was nitpicky. When you need to use the bathroom one of them will need to put the key code in for you, just like in Downtown San Antonio. I had no idea Norman would need that. Still, tacos were excellent as always and their vanilla shake it top notch.

This is the closest jack in the box near my place and it’s about 10 minutes down the road. I ordered meals with large drinks and the drinks were medium. I also order fries with the meals and tacos and they were both cold like they had been sitting out of the warmer for over 30 minutes. I won’t lie and say I didn’t eat the food but I’m not going to say I enjoyed it either. Too late to go back and fix the issue, I called the store. Looking for some sort of basic solution like an apology, gave a total of 3 words once hearing my complaint. “Ok” and “yep” to thank yous are more than encouraging enough to make me choose a different restaurant next time.

When I pulled up to the speaker. It was so loud. It sounded like she was yelling at me and she said wait. When she finally came back to the speaker, I said I had an order to pick up and before I could even finish speaking, she said pull the second window and basically interrupted me. There was only One other car in line so even if they’re shorthanded, it’s not like they were busy. The order took over 20 minutes to get out and the lady was very rude. She had dark colored hair with blonde in the front. She was an older lady with red glasses red rims, and glasses were black on the sides. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had picking up an order. I’ve never been yelled at and interrupted when I was nicely asking for anything. I can see why this Jack in the box has such low ratings. I will never come to this Jack-in-the-Box again.
Again I’m dashing here and they would not give me a bag they said they are not allowed to hang out bags with the box mean but now I have to carry all this food and drinks upstairs with sauces and ketchup the customer asked for with no bag… I don’t understand why everyone who works here is so rude. He literally slammed the window in my face when I asked how I was supposed to carry the order upstairs with all the drinks and no bag for the sauce… still disappointed with this location

This was a 2am grub call. Dining room was closed, understand that it is a safety issue for the employees, so off to the drive through.
The lady taking the order talked so fast and loud through the intercom that she was completely un-understandable. She kept interjecting rudely and again could not understand a thing she said.
The young man that took payment and brought the food out was respectful and helpful.
Food was hot and tasty. Not much is open at 2am when your wife wants food!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I ate here and 2hrs later I'm non stop throwing up from both ends they definitely do not change there fryer oil. I'm will to bet they probably don't wash there hands either. The health inspector definitely needs to shut them down.
