Honestly this store should be closed down..Everyone that lives in Norman should drive to Jack In The Box in Moore... I have only been to this location 3 times and all 3 times have been 25+ min wait... 42 min the longest wait.. It you are looking to get something quick for breakfast, forget it...You will be LATE for work. They ALWAYS have you to pull around to the front, even if theris nobody behind you in the driveway... The Owner of this franchise will do nothing.. they respond to the comments, but nothing has changed since July of last year..Corporate is not going to do anything either.. They will take a statement and claim they going to reach out to the owner but nothing changes.. The "Same" crappy service since last July.. Honestly, everyone living in Norman should make the extra 35 minute drive to Moore if you want Jack In The Box.. You will still get your food faster than the Jack In The Box in Norman...

The old lady manager was very rude to me. I was asking her to use the bathroom and mumbled something under her breath and refused to let me as a customer use the bathroom (they have coded locks). I'm ethnic and the white lady manager said something to the effect of "those people" referring to me. I will be following up with this and the bathroom issue to corporate. This lady needs to be replaced before she creates a PR nightmare.

Just sat in the drive-through speaker For over five minutes, no customers inside the building no customers ahead of me. I think they purposely give crap service to deter people from coming there! Have to wait for food no matter if I order it ahead of time or not every time!

slow workers that don’t care. they don’t knowledge your presences until at least 20 minutes of standing at the front. they see you waiting there but i guess there’s a waiting requirement before speaking to you. the food takes them additional 25 minutes to make. honestly not worth the wait. i’d rather eat a dirty unwashed 30 day fermented sock then try this again.

Went through the drive through and the person taking the order was rude and did not listen to the order the fries were cold and stale. My son went inside to go to the bathroom and the manager was hateful about my son using the bathroom. When I spoke to the manager about it he was hateful and slammed the drive through window in my face. Poor management, poor customer service, all around poor location.
