Drive thru told me to wait at spot #1 for something they missed. Waited 20+ minutes and no one came out. Food was meh, but that's normal for Jack in the Box now that they removed the good munchie meals.

I took my kids in the other day. We ordered in the dining room. Only one other group was eating inside. First the drink machine does not have the proper mix for carbonation. She told me it was because the ice part didn't work. We threw our drinks away before receiving food. Took 25 minutes for our food to be ready, then half was cold. 2 of the burgers buns were totally stale, like a rock. We just asked for a refund and left. Total time spent 30 minutes for nothing. I will never go back to this jack n the box ever again. No apologies were made and some guy was complaining in the kitchen about something.

Honestly the worst place to go in Norman. Or anywhere I have been. Employ was rude and acted like I was dumb then basicly threw the food at me. I get custmers can be difficult but all I did was walk in and wait to order only to be told "we are closed" and when I opended my mouth to ask something "go through the drive through"... meaning they were not closed and just got mad I walked through the open door. The food was gross. Bread was stale and the meat was kind of rubbery? Overall terrible expreriance.
