there was an employee named mary, who basically threw the box at my fiance after he asked for a box, she was nice, but when asked for a box she was kind of rude, the service has been good the few times i’ve been to this location but this time was hurtful.

I have been to this KFC and another KFC and I'm suppose to get 2 biscuits and they give me one. And at this KFC they was so nice to smash my 1 biscuit in the box because they couldn't get the other biscuit in the box. Not happy thank you.

Visited through drive through was unsatisfied with my chicken when I got home. Call the store and spoke with the manager William. He promptly resolved the issue all while being kind and caring. The staff here is always smiling and enjoying their job! Good job Alameda location!!!
Chicken was way over cooked and gravy was boiling hot me and my girlfriend both suffered burns pulling the gravy out of the bag

We have not been here for a year because the service was downright scary. We decided to try again last week because they have a great Chicken sandwich, and so glad we did! New employees, and what an improvement! Staff was great, no one yelled at us or threw food. What a difference a year makes. Staff was polite and knowledgeable, food was properly prepared, fresh and hot. We are glad to add KFC back to our preferred fast food list. Thank you KFC.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered from here with Uber and there was a WHOLE HAIR in my food. I’m so disgusted right now, hairnets is a PRIORITY as I’ve worked in the food industry previously. This is just so unacceptable and repulsing!!!!!!!! I called and the “manager” I spoke with said that they all have HATS they enforce. HATS DO NOT CONTAIN HAIR, its HAIRNETS!!!!!!!! I could not be more disappointed and disgusted right now! I attached a photo for proof! Give you I AM BLONDE HEADED!!!!!!!!!!!! Do better KFC!!!!

Fellow dasher here.. tonight I had an order from here.. this guy in the front working was just on his phone watching TikTok.. he was the one that handed me the order. Now if you’re gonna sit there and be on your phone you should really make sure order is right. This Order had Mac and Cheese and it was not in the bag I got contacted and I went back.. I got the mac n cheese for the order.. but the guy was rude kinda.. just please make sure whoever is working in the front check to see if everything is in the bag for doordash orders.. and stay off your phone?? Your working lol not watching a movie
