Great place for Pho. It has enough other foods too for those who are not as adventurous.

Kitchen 21 Thai & Pho is a true culinary gem, offering a fantastic dining experience with food that is nothing short of amazing. The flavors are vibrant, and the presentation of each dish is a work of art.

On a recent visit, the Crab Rangoon was a delightful start—crispy and filled with a savory, creamy mixture. For the main courses, both the Chicken Red Curry and the Shrimp Pad See Ew were absolute standouts. The Red Curry was rich and perfectly spiced, while the Pad See Ew had that wonderful, smoky flavor and fresh ingredients. These dishes alone make the restaurant a must-visit, and I can easily see this becoming my go-to for Thai food whenever I'm in the area.

My only disappointment was that they were out of an appetizer we were looking forward to, which was a minor hiccup but notable. Additionally, while the food was impeccable, a small detail I noticed was that the fish tank could use a good cleaning, as it appeared murky.

Despite these minor issues, the incredible quality of the food and the overall experience were fantastic. The taste and presentation are what truly matter, and Kitchen 21 delivers on both counts in a big way. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves authentic and delicious Thai cuisine.

Uhhhhh so my partner and I got pho from here, the broth was really good, but there was literally no meat, and I got braised beef and he got rare steak strips. It didn’t seem like they left it out on purpose, and I’m well aware accidents happen, but come on man. At the end of the day it was just super expensive broth and noodles.

Long wait but well worth it. We came on Friday around 6pm. Food came out at 7pm. Amazing basil fried rice with beef and chicken. The flavor of the yellow curry with seafood was robust and tasted like it came straight from Thailand. Fresh shrimp rolls and crab rangoons were also good. Great peanut sauce. Will definitely return.

Kitchen 21 Thai & Pho in Norman, OK, is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic and incredibly flavorful Thai cuisine, especially if you're looking for halal options. From the moment you step in, the inviting ambiance, complete with cozy booth seating, a serene fish tank, and a warm fireplace, sets the stage for a fantastic dining experience.

We were thoroughly impressed with every dish we ordered, a true testament to the freshness and quality of their ingredients. The Raw Steak Pho was the best, with rich, aromatic broth and tender slices of steak. The Basil Fried Rice with Beef was a vibrant and aromatic dish, perfectly balanced in flavor. Don't miss their Thai Wings – they were crispy, juicy, and packed with an irresistible savory tang. The Orange Chicken struck a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and the Cashew Stir Fry with Beef was another highlight, featuring perfectly cooked vegetables and succulent beef.

What truly elevated our meal was their homemade peanut sauce – it was so good, we couldn't get enough of it!
For anyone seeking the best halal Thai food in Norman, Kitchen 21 Thai & Pho is undoubtedly the place to go. The fresh ingredients, incredible flavors, and inviting atmosphere make for an unforgettable dining experience. We can't wait to go back!

The food is amazing. The chicken wings were uniquely flavored and crunchy topped with peanuts. The yakisoba noodles and thai green curry is also delicious. The portions are very generous and the sweet thai iced tea is the perfect way to end the meal on a hot day. I can’t wait to dine here again.

The food is top notch very well done.

Tom Kha was too sweet, and tasted like a bowl of condensed milk. I would've liked it without the overly sweetness. The waiter gave me just the bowl no rice. I had to order rice.

The food was good and so was the service. The only downside was the mounds of peanuts on the food. I'm used to having some in Thai food but not the amount that they gave me. Otherwise I do recommend and I will most likely be heading back.

Good food just not worth the price. $3 for the world’s smallest amount of chicken in the spring rolls. $13 for spring rolls? Definitely better places in Norman
