Decent place to hang and chill. Food was a bit off. Nothing crazy, had a to-go order and it wasn't ideal...still worth a visit guaranteed.

Service was awful!! Food was even worse. Fires were soggy and grease filled. Chicken fried steak was so greasy and missing the breading on the bottom. Potatoes tasted like boxed potatoes and gravy was cold. The Ruben meat was microwaved and bread was soaked with Thousand island that it fell apart. Told the waitress and no one came over to address. Had to ask for our tab 2 times before we could leave. Very disappointing. Atmosphere was nice.

On Tuesday evening January 27th, 2026 my family and I decided to dine at your restaurant. Our experience was far less than desirable. The waitress who’s name I cannot remember, was perhaps the worst I have ever had.
I will say that our appetizers came out very promptly. but after that, it went poorly.
First, I asked if you had Italian dressing. I cannot have any creamy dressings due to allergies, and don’t like most vinaigrette dressings. When the salads came out, one of our waters was already empty, one less than half full. The cup of dressing was nothing more than cooking oil. It was clear, oily, flavorless and served no use whatsoever. We also ordered a dr. Pepper, but our waters were not refilled, No dr pepper ever appeared, and it was about twenty minutes before we saw her again. After about ten minutes without a waitress, I decided to choke down some of the salad. By now, my wife and I had no water. A young man was cleaning the table behind us and I asked if we could get some waters. Just a few minutes later he returned with one water. I had to ask again to get the wife's water refilled and about the dr pepper we ordered some 15 minutes earlier.
When the wife and I had finished our salads, we set them at the end of the table (before our main course was served). The waitress brought out the food and never bothered to clear out the dishes that were obviously no longer in use. We then reminded her of the dr pepper. I guess the third time really is the charm. Finally, more than 20 minutes later, it was at our table. But wait, it gets worse.
My wife ordered the all you can eat catfish. She agreed to pay a dollar extra for nuggets. 15 to 20 minutes after she finished off her last nugget, we had still not seen our waitress. We did observe the majority of the wait staff conjugating, laughing and have a great time. My wife had to go get someone’s attention to get her second order of catfish. Our waters were low again at the whole table. No waitress. My wife’s catfish finally shows up and guess what? It was fillets, not nuggets. Keep in mind, we waited for a long time, and we paid extra for nuggets. The waitress did apologize and offer to replace it with nuggets, but we had already endured the bad service for nearly an hour and a half.
About the food itself, the trout was outstanding. Cudos to the chef. The smoked quail was over smoke, almost like it was covered in liquid smoke and baked. It was dry and shriveled up like it was overcooked. The wife said the catfish was really good. The daughter-in-law's baked potato was as dry as the Sahara Desert. It had very little butter, and someone was stingy on the broccoli and cheese. The stake was perfect. The experience sucked.
As for the waitress, she either has no training or does not care. When she brought the ticket, she disappeared again. After a while, we thought maybe we had to pay up front. I asked another waitress and she took my payment for me. When we left, the salad plates were still on the edge of the table. The appetizer plates were still in the center of the table. No dishes were ever cleared out of the way. The service was very poor. I was highly disappointed and will probably never return. Again, i don't remember the waitress’ name, but she had black hair and was wearing an OKC Thunder shirt. I paid $115.00 for the worse service I have ever received at a restaurant.

Had diablo eggs and they were phenominal. The rest of the food was amazing (I did forget what I ordered) It had sliced brisket on it.... Was great though and the service was outstanding too!!!

Everytime I go, the music is so loud , you cant have a conversation, even the waitress complained , she had to ask me to speak up , TURN THE STUPID music DOWN. If I sat in the bar area , maybe ok????? But I sit in the restaurant area, good 😔, won't go back

Land run is becoming a go-to place for me and my family. The food has been great, especially the chicken fried steak, the philly, and the chili.
Second time frequenting this establishment. Both time as soon as I finish my meal I was given the check. When I am presented with a bill at a sports bar, the intention is to have the patron leave the establishment. Of course I came here to see the Rose Bowl and now I am home because I felt rushed out. What was I to do? Just sit there having the waiter keep asking if you need something? The establishment expects you to continually order drinks. What about responsible drinking when driving? I will never return. As I addressed this concern to the waiter, he attempted to apologize as if he really cared. Food is not all that bad although a bit expensive. I will pay a premium to watch a good game, have a beer, and a sandwich. But NOT HERE ANY LONGER!

I've been here many times. Great service and great food. I tried the BBQ for the first time a couple days ago and was very disappointed. BBQ sauce is gross, brisket is dry and tasteless, the ribs were okay though. So far the rest of the menu has been fantastic.
