They never have any pizzas ready here anymore. Went there at 12pm today and nothing ready...at all. Last three times we went here had at least a 15 minute wait. The workers here are always on their phones instead of making food

The staff is rude every single time I need help. They never put the sauce in the pizza portal and there's never anyone willing to come up front to help. I've ordered here for years because my son enjoys it but it's absolutely ridiculous that regardless of how many new staff members they get, they're all unprofessional. If I ask nicely for assistance they pretend they can't hear me. If I ask more assertively they slide my sauce across the counter and don't say a single word. Management needs extensive training because they have constant turnover of employees and everyone they hire has 0 professionalism. They don't greet you when you walk in and they huff and puff anytime you ask for help. I will not return after spending money here almost weekly for the past few years.

This place friggin sucks eight minutes just waiting on the phone and I know this location is almost never busy it's a whole bunch of teenagers that don't like their job and the food tastes horrible management either needs to be fired or just shut this location down permanently

IDK what is wrong with this location, but every time I order pepperoni it taste disgusting, like the pepperoni themselves are out of date. Ordered a special pizza and they are not even putting sauce on a more expensive pizza. I'm so over this location and company. I'm just letting my family know to spend that $20.00 extra for better pizza. I would not recommend this location for this company to anyone. Keep driving to Chick-fil-A.

Worst experience ever! I camping ordered a pepperoni .. they told me 8 min. After I sat for 15 I go back in .. no pizza..,the front attendant Never put it to the kitchen.. no apologies,..I'm sitting in here waiting and all the pizzas are coming but mine.. I also. After I received my food. I did order chicken wings. They were burnt and had a whole lot of butter on top of them. It tasted awful.

Called 26 times over 30 minutes to place an order of 8 pizzas im from wisconsin and down back home to clear out storage of my late father and stepmom.my friend is on way here from Ohio so 17 hour drive for me 22 for her all we wanted was pizza for 4 adults and 7 kids But nope all got were hangup and busy line..guy didn't understand me this is worst lil ceasers ever. The people running obviously ain't from here cause if they did they would be a Hella lot charming demeanor BLESS THE HEARTS OF ALL the workers at main street in norman lil ceasers...looks like dominos will be getting 100percent of my business now 7.50 for a cardboard pizza ugh

I had to wait almost an hour for my pizza because they had some kind of malfunction it was good but it took forever and they didn't ask me if I wanted parmesan or red pepper they didn't even open the pizza to show me how it looked

Walked into location to buy two pepperoni pizzas seen a large sign that said two for $12 told young lady at the counter I’ll take three of these. She looked at me walked to the back, came back and said we do not honor that special. I said then why is a sign up she gave me the deer in the headlight look. I gave her a suggestion that you might take down the sign so my final cost was $20.97 plus tax for three pizzas won’t be coming back.
