Pretty much the worst place i’ve been too. We were behind a customer and the lady up at the front saw us. and when it was out turn she just turned around and walked away and started talking to her co worker and looking at other stuff. finally when she decided to take our order my husband asked for marinara sauce and she didn’t give it to us. we asked again asking if it was more and said yes $1.09 more. so we paid and left because she didn’t say anything about if we wanted receipt or to even have a nice night. There was a person behind us and they immediately took their order. I would drive some other place if you can, worst place to get food at!

I love little Caesar pizza! And the pizza is perfect and so is the price!!!! But one thing I will complain about and I am not being rude. I just want to say that the employees could dress and come to work more appropriately, be very sanitary, smile, and have their place clean and off their phones. Save the phone privileges for their brakes. But other than the phones which I couldn’t care less because the workers are fast! But being clean and dress to impress helps people to know when you take care of yourself and your place of work. Then you take care of their food you cook. Just saying. I hope to see change. Because I love little Caesar’s

So I placed an online order a little bit after 2 PM and had it scheduled for a 4 PM pick up for one pizza. I ordered it like this so that I could run in grab it out of the portal and go because I have a special needs child that doesn’t do well in public. Well, I get there at 4 o’clock and they hadn’t even had it started or in the oven, and when I asked them about The situation they got offended, and offensive And let me know in a matter of fact tone that they were starting on it right then. The whole time my child was freaking out and I ended up canceling the order. But I’ll get little man pizza tomorrow somewhere else and he’ll be fine.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, i do maybe once a few weeks but this location!! Imo is most consistent overall and always excel in service and taste maybe I should order more love affordability paired with consistency so yupp great job and thanks!! I’ve managed few places locally food service and can appreciate good work when I see it so/and cheers and thank you!

I was visiting family in Norman,OK the last night of my stay ( 11/13 Tuesday night) I looked up and found this location. I made and completed my order online, which was a pretty big order. After placing my order online it said my order would be ready in 30-40mins. I went to the location after 40-45mins of placing my order and when arriving there was one person finishing their transaction, I was the next person to pick up. The Hispanic woman working the front was very rude, and seemed frustrated with what it looked like a busy evening for them. I told her my name and she grabs a much smaller order to give to me. As she’s trying to push it off to me I inform her that, that order could not be mines because I ordered more pizza than that and the additional boxes on top of those pizza boxes wasn’t what I ordered. She literally continued to push the boxes to me insisting it was mines. The problem was ironically that order had the very same name as me, spelled the same way but a different last name. I pointed out to her and another young lady that, that is my name but it’s not my last name and this is not what I ordered. I pulled up my order in my email and show her what my order actually was. The Hispanic lady with the thick mustache gets more frustrated and literally yells for her manager, by this time there are about 2-3 people behind me. As she’s screaming for her manager I asked, will I be getting a discount since you guys messed up my order b/c now I have to wait another additional 20-30mins, she said idk what’s on your order so idk, yet she just got done looking at my order on my phone. The manager comes and he’s also rude, and very unapologetic, then I ask him how long it would be and he also says idk b/c I don’t know what’s on your order. This only made me more aggravated and upset, once he gives me an estimate time (8-12mins which was really the 20-30min like I said) I sit right in front pissed off waiting for my order. The guy in back of me goes up and mustache says to him “sorry about that wait, how can I help you?” I laughed and said damn he gets a sorry and I just got a bunch of attitude. You people got the easiest job in the world and couldn’t even do that right, I know where I ain’t going when I visit again! The manager was an older white man who was acting like his immature staff who lack proper customer service, get help! Google, give the option for NO STARS because establishments like this need to be rated a big fat ZERO!

I came in with a somewhat large order in the middle of them being slammed, but the staff was so kind and clearly did everything they could to make sure everyone was being taken care of. You could not see a single person in the store who wasn’t working their butt off, even while customers were rudely complaining about waiting 20 minutes for wings to cook. Would you rather they give you undercooked chicken? Overall very happy with my experience, especially with the cashier! I didn’t catch her name, but she was handling the orders (and rude customers) like a champ. I will happily come back to this location, even if I have to wait for my pizza.
