When I asked for coffee instead of saying sure waiter pushed back and said I have to put the coffee pot together. Coffee filet mignon steak 26 bucks was it's cold half of our food arrived at room temperature. Waiter further also told me after I got my second cup that there was no more coffee. Never coming back here the kitchen is falling apart and their wait staff is deplorable

The 1st Riley steak we were served appeared to have been boiled. The color was gray and it was very over cooked, had no flavor or seasoning,, but it was tender. The manager made it right though. We were given a new steak and it was hot, perfectly cooked and delicious. So in the end he made it right.

Love the rolls and believe it or not, the chicken was very good! Also had the beer battered onion rings that were great too!

Food was amazing. Rolls needed to rise longer they were flat and a bit tough everything else was great. Our waiter Jacob was amazing and did everything perfect. The greeter was a bit snippy and rude but all in all a great experience for our first time. We will be going back!

I ordered my steak medium it came very well done couldn't eat it, the salad was literally cheese and lettuce and I paid extra for ranch did not get that. The baked potato was old and there was no cheese for the potato definitely not impressed at all with the food for someone to spend $30 on a meal and that's what I get in return no thank you

The foods great, most servers were great, the reason I'm giving one star is one of the servers or "managers" ruined the evening for us. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful to one of the servers it was horrible. He was yelling and shoving his finger in this young lady's face. I've worked in food service before and understand the stress of a rush, but that was unacceptable. We asked for his name and asked specifically to speak to him. His name was Michael or Cass. We will be taking action and speaking to corporate and made sure to tell the young lady he was so disrespectful to that some people are just that way. And tipped her good. Be kind in this world. A Logan's Roadhouse serving job is not worth being treated like that.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They have seats and booths but no servers to order from, so you just have to sit there with menus.

I hadn't been to Logan's in nearly 15 years. And I am glad we did. The food was really good. The steak was full of flavor. The rolls...oh those hot rolls, dang they are good. My only complaint was my chair was wobbly, I felt that if I moved too much it was going to break. It seemed like a chair from an elementary school.

Went here last night for my birthday dinner. It wasn't busy at all. The service was amazing, our waitress Katelyn was so so nice! She suggested some really good dishes that I would love to try again. I appreciate the service and the good. I definitely be back again.

The manager went above and beyond to make sure our party was taken care of. A reservation had been made a week prior but no one had recorded it. The porterhouse was excellent and our server was good. Will be back!
Food was good but the bread was the highlight of the meal. Waitress did a good job and was diligent. Only concern was cleanliness of table top items such as ketchup , salt/pepper and drink menu. Those items made me cringe with how crusty and grimey they felt.

This was a wonderful dinner experience! My friends and I went and Josh was fantastic. We were always checked on and he was great at accommodating us with our requests. The food was delicious and we will come back again another time!

Poor service for not being busy. Waitress couldn't remember anything and nothing was complicated at all. A-1 sauce, black pepper, OUR CREDIT CARD after we gave her payment. Steaks were same and all ordered medium and all came out with large variation. Lots of employees on site but poor service and mediocre food at best. This isn't the Logan's experience I remember years ago.

Josh was very pleasant and did a good job serving our table. It seemed he was managing quite a few tables. He did a nice job keeping our waters and tea filled so an A+ on that alone. Appetizers- fried pickles (hot, crispy) and spinach dip. Homemade chips had oil pooled on each bend of the chip, flavor was meh. I had a decent chicken sandwich. Waffle fries were tasty. Unfortunately, for one person in my party most of the dishes were too heavily salted for their liking. The teriyaki glazed chicken was well liked along with the sweet potato and green beans. Older country songs blared overhead. An occasional rock tune would show up but then quickly back to old country. Birthday gal chose to eat here for luncheon. It was a first visit for all in my party.
